I ordered the salmon bowl for delivery and it came with no salmon. All I asked was for them to fix the order they screwed up no big deal. But they said they couldn’t in house so they had me go online and they never responded. All they had to do was fix my order, that’s it nothing more but they didn’t resolve anything. Very disappointed with this business.
First and last time. My bowl was almost finished - just needed toppings - when some other people walked in. The server stopped serving me and served them instead. When the shock wore off I left and went somewhere else. I suppose some people don’t care about service, but when I’m treated poorly I never go back. ?
Sometimes good, sometimes makes me sick to my stomach. I'd say it was an honest part of serving raw fish if it only happened once
Generous portions. Fresh ingredients. I really love that they have Zucchini noodles as a base option!
I'm here to pick up an Uber order at 9:15, 15 minutes before closing. The door is locked and there's three workers in there. I can see the Uber Eats order on the counter and this guy won't even lift up his head from sweeping the floor to come open the door or even make eye contact. He just keeps shaking his head when I knock. Awesome customer service, even if you're CLOSED EARLY you could've come to the door and told me politely. Instead, this customer isn't getting their food, I'm not getting paid for the order, YOU'RE wasting food and getting a bad review... So ridiculous.Edit: I also called multiple times with no answer.
No dine in, but they do have seating outside. The poke is good. Staff is friendly. Pricing is fair

$20 for a bowl plus a drink is way overpriced compared to some other poke places. I guess when you have a place like this I downtown Santa Cruz you can charge what you want. I enjoyed it but won't eat there again because for the same price I could do better elsewhere.
