Pretty decent oven fired pizza with a puffy thin crust. Found within a food court setting. The toppings were good quality, only thing perhaps missing is a bouncier texture in the pizza crust. Large pizza is approximately $30.Also serve cheesecake, but it didn’t look homemade.
Wow! I got a slice of the Capricciosa — it tasted just like I remember eating in Italy. You can tell they use terrific (and authentic) ingredients. The crust is perfect. And I observed a local chef (a 3 Michelin star chef, no less) enjoying a slice — a ringing endorsement, for sure. You’re buying a the real deal here. Enjoy!
I’ve been looking for a really good pizza for a while. Today I tried La Bufala and I can tell that I found the amazing type of pizza that I was looking for. It’s delicious!!! I’m very picky and this place deserves a good review, the pizza was very very good! ??
The tastiest pizza I've found in SC. The ingredients are top-notch, the dough/crust is bubbly and crispy and chewy and oh so good. It's baked in a real pizza oven.Prices are comparable to the well known, local pizza chain but is not assembly line food.Definitely 5 stars and my highest, gushes recommendation. Absolutely will be eating here again, often,
Amazing pizza ? My favorite is capriccioss.
It wasn't bad but price/quality was too high. Pizza looked like Original Italian but falvour wasn't there at all.. cheese wasn't the right one. Probably used cheap ingredients.
Wood fired pizza with fresh and authentic toppings. Staff is friendly and even tossed the pizza dough high to show my kids how it's done.Lots of options for other food, drinks, and spirits in Abbott Square. Everyone in your group can get what they want and still enjoy together.
Eat here often - the wood fired pizza is the best in dt santa cruz. Crust is awesome. Highly recommend!
Pizzeria la Bufala offers 9 different pizza options. (But don’t ignore the gnocchi.) We ordered 11 pizzas - all 9 of the menu pizzas and also the gnocchi. All of the food was great except the Margherita (Does this pizza ever taste good - why do pizzerias even offer it?) The hands down favorite was the gnocchi and an off-menu pepperoni pizza loaded with green and black olives. Oh my!!! We had 23 people huddled around 4 tables and everything was gobbled up. Highly recommended!!!
Gross, I ordered veggie slice and salad togo. I watch a person who worked the register also make my salad using his bear hands no gloves scoop lettuce into a box and other ingredients during omicron. I didn't take the salad, out the $8. Also the pizza wasn't that good. Pizza my Heart so much better and hardly any waiting.
