The elder lady that works there in the mid mornings most days was so rude. I don't know what I did to make her treat me in such a way because she was nice to everyone else. My coworkers got thier food and were already done eating by the time she got my order. I asked for soy sauce and she tossed two packets at me. Chill lady what did I do to you?
Horrible experience! 2 staff memebers have issues with customers service. I asked Richard if he could pay for the person behind me food just to be kind. His response was to roll his eyes and give me attitude telling me "he doesn't know what he order"". He simply could just looked and I would have been on my way. I told him nevermind once he made an issue about it and also said that "his attitude wasnt needed whenever someone is trying to do something nice". His smart remark was to tell me to "cheer up". I let it go, but after waiting for 20 minutes for food that be was suppose to be in 10 minutes which still wasn't so I asked for a refund so I could go back to work. The manager name Jesus didn't want to give me a refund because "there was nothing wrong with the food". The issue is I never received any food and was going to be late for work. He still refused to give me my money back so I asked for corporates number and he refused to give that me also. I wasn't yelling or acting crazy I just wanted to leave with my money since I couldn't leave with the food since it wasn't ready yet. Horrible manager skills. Overall I had to leave without my food and no refund. The manager Jesus stole my money and had me leave without my food. I would not go back there.
I was at Mission Panda last night 16 april 1 day before Easter , I got the plate with 3 items , the older white cashier was very stiff with the servings literally he just fill them up verily , he told me there was nothing but was it was left there , so not much to have but old food , I pay he told me my card was denied when literally I know I gave money on it , I hand it him another card he charge me, I left feeling worried about my card I arrived to my work , I called my bank as I was sure I have money thousands I mean , the dude charge me TWICE for the same meal in a different card and of course he never offer me at RECEIPT NEITHER or put in the bag , I think they do this to people when we are in a hurry, ne never pick up the phone when I called; literally a Thief and a lier I told him I have money he said it doesn't go through, so today I'm going to talk to their manager and today it's Easter I think they might be doing to people when in a hurry and in holidays , watch out people get a receipt always and do but before close it was awful
Ordered teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce. Waited for chicken orange and teriyaki for 10 mins, long line was waiting. One cook, 1 cashier, 1 scooper. The food portion was not ok. Bad experience, maybe just the crew this day.
I don't understand businesses new motto of asking you can they round up your change so they can give you green money back! This happened to me the other day over at this location when my bill was $14.06 the worker asked me if he could round it up I said what do you mean round it up don't you mean round it down? They then came up with the excuse of the donation is for the children.I don't care who the donations for because ain't nobody getting no donation from me unless I want to give it up. So watch out people businesses are trying to get richer off of you !!!Another notorious place is McDonald's for trying this.
Never order from here online they will only help the instore people and ignore those who are waiting for their food thats already been ordered over 30-45 minutes priorPoorly ran as far as staff goes this place could do better.
Context:-Haven't thrown up or gotten food poisoning in roughly 10 years-Had breakfast last morning and panda express for lunchI came home and threw up a total of 5 times throughout the night. Worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. Friend of mine ate with me and she said she felt nauseous the same night before I told her I got food poisoning.I would not risk eating here
Manager and worker were very rude to my boyfriend. Chow main was so old I couldn’t eat it. Pretty bummed out.
If you like Chinese food but made for the American pallet, this is for you. Service was not the fastest but they still get the line through with out too much of a wait. The food is made fresh right on the spot. Good for a change of pace from traditional American fast food.
Food was good and fast, but we had to clean our own table with a provided rag and bucket that looked a little gross.
