I can not recommend this place high enough. We went two nights in a row, and if we had stayed in Santa Cruz longer we would have gone again. The peanut sauce is to die for, as well as their other food. The couple who runs it are the sweetest people, and it's a good location. They have good boba and fair pricing.

pretty bland, we ordered dishes with salmon and catfish and they contained almost no meat; my husband ate half of his before he found a piece of salmon in the bottom.

Very delicious green curry, pineapple fried rice!

The red curry and green curry is so good. Definitely a Thai place worth checking out for takeout!

First time today, service was excellent. Very professional and polite. Food was delicious very tasty. Location is right at Santa Cruz downtown, perfect weather for a hot soup. They were busy so ordered to go, the portions are well served. Prices are affordable. Only one restroom for all gender but for the size of the restaurant i think is ok.Thank you Pacific Thai. Will definitely come back.

I have come here a few times before. I really love the pumpkin curry. The rice is always good. I am between paychecks and the vet hall food pantry is two days away so yesterday I went in and only had 5 dollars left and just needed some rice to get me through the work day. She gave me large side of rice and a bunch of sauce and napkins and fork in a bag neatly and courtesously, sparing me indignity and hunger. I am incredibly grateful for their All American and Beautifully Thai culture they share, along with masterfully prepared food that is flavorful, fun, and nourishing. Thank you Pacific Thai for being a part of the Santa Cruz community and sharing your love and kindness in these harsh times.

We have been customers of Pacific Thai for six years and have always enjoyed the food. Since COVID, the prices have gone up, which is understandable, but then they started tacking on an arbitrary "service fee" for takeout, which they have posted on a sign by the register is "a minimum of 5%". I ordered dinner for our family of five for my daughter's birthday and asked for a total over the phone. I was told the total was $271. I almost choked on that total, but accepted it and came prepared to pay that total plus a tip. When I arrived to pick up my order and the woman rang me up, she informed me that they had already added a 20% service fee, which added $50 to my total. If we were having dine in as a family of five, we would not have qualified as a large enough group for an automatic tip. I was outraged that the total was now $321. When we eat at The Shadowbrook, where we have multiple appetizers and wine with dinner, we come out around $200 for the five of us. $321 for a family of five was INSANE. I did not want to make a scene in front of my daughter because it was her birthday, so I did not say anything. When we left, however, my daughter and her boyfriend were horrified that the tab was so high and that they had just added on the 20% without warning. They then told me that they had stopped going to Pacific Thai for this reason. A boba tea and an order of spring rolls would put them over $20 with the arbitrary take out fee sometimes being 15% for a very small order. We will not be going back.

Visited from out of area looking for dinner place. Accidentally drove by this place and decided to try it. WOW, what a great place. All dishes were AMAZING!!! Will definitely be back.

Really didn't listen to order and a bit unprepared yet to be open but food was good

Good food. Vegan food. Quick service.
