I wanted to try the peanut butter, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle cookies and got 2 of each with some milk but I'm very sad to say that my mom snatched up the chocolate chip and snickerdoodles and the milk as soon as they arrived. I will not forgive her for that. Nor will I forget. When i tried to question her she pretended to be asleep. The peanut butter cookie was delicious! The texture was perfect, very crumbly with a bit of chew and had bits of peanut throughout. Doneness was perfect. My only thing is the sweetness could have been about 2% less and .5% more salt. I definitely had that too sweet feeling in my head. Otherwise very very good.
Amazing cookies - my bf was convinced I would love it and he was right! They have cheap day old gluten free cookies that are just the bomb!!Finding good gluten free cookies is hard for me so I’m now obsessed with this place!

(My go-to cookies are the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and the Almond Joe. It’s the perfect little snack to indulge your sweet tooth.They also carry another local favorite: Marianne's ice cream.Next time you’re in downtown Santa Cruz, you should definitely stop by for the freshest baked cookies made that same day.
Fantastic place for fresh, warm cookies. The prices were very reasonable. The custom, you-call-it ice cream sandwich was a massive hit.
The cookies are delicious! I'm so glad I only bought 2, because if I had gotten more, I would've eaten every one of them! My husband had the ice cream and it was delicious too.The young lady that helped us was very personable and attentive.Side note - They had the $$ in their tip jar submerged in water and I asked why, because I hadn't seen that before. She said that's because people steal their tips!!People, stop stealing their tips!!
Can't go wrong with these fresh baked cookies!! They're not covered in frosting nor any crazy toppings. Just pure cookies, and all the flavors are scrumptious! We gobbled up all 13 cookies in like 20min.

I was not aware you can get freshly baked cookies at 9pm in Santa Cruz! We were just driving by and my girlfriend said lets get some cookies because theirs is really good. So we stopped by and got in. The smell of cookies was making me crazy. There were like 10 trays of freshly baked cookies on racks and this is like 9 o'clock at night. Anyway we got 4 different cookies: chocolate chips, snickerdoodle , peanut butter and cahootz. They have many more flavors such as almond joe, chocolate chips with walnut, dr midnight, ginger spice, lemon drop, mint condition, oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter chocolate chip. Definitely recommended of you're craving some good fresh cookies. I enjoyed mine with tea and coffee.

I love the Pacific Cookie Company. It’s a must stop anytime we’re in Santa Cruz now. Every flavor is amazing. The cookies are good sized and always the perfect blend of chewy and crunch. Good people selling good cookies, can’t go wrong.
