Stopped by on our way to San Jose. Sometimes fusion menus are a concern, but in this case the innovative creations were awesome.A dumpling version of walnut shrimp that avoids the usual issue of the sauce ruining any crisp---yes please! The mapo tofu dumplings were also delicious and our sauce-to-dumpling ratio was very satisfying. My husband enjoyed the honey garlic wings and hoisin tofu as well. Overall, the dishes were unique and very flavorful. We hope to visit again soon!

Delicious and quick stop for lunch. We had the pork and cabbage dumplings, kimchi fried rice with pork belly, and pork belly spring rolls. All were good and the kimchi fried rice was excellent. Had our food within 5 minutes of ordering

10/10 experience, will go again, the pork belly was so perfect and flavorful, it was braised so even with an inch and 1/2 of fat cap still on there it melts in your mouth. Definitely a different experience since it's not Americanized, the two people making the dumplings were these 2 old people, the owner and a coworker so I'm told, but the second I saw them I knew it would be the best experience I could have. Much love to everyone at Mo's will be visiting again in spring break when I have the chance ❤️❤️❤️

I was so excited to have a dumpling restaurant nearby and this place did not disappoint! I always appreciate when restaurants make vegan items super clearly labeled on their menu, and was happy to see multiple vegan options. Food was great, I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome dumplings and noodles. The Thai shrimp dumplings were outstanding.

One of my favorite spots in Santa Cruz!! Their Thai shrimp chili dumplings are amazing and I love their sides of sesame balls.

Mo's is a diamond in the rough. I've tried a few different things on the menu and from what I've gathered the best options here are the Korean sauce fried wings and the fried pork and cabbage dumplings. You really can't go wrong here though and no matter what you get it's cooked great. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for a light lunch or delicious snack

Was sooo excited to finally try this place, but to be honest, everything we got was terrible. The veggie dumplings did not have enough stuffing and there definitely wasn’t any mushroom in them. The shrimp were stuffed thick but were still not tasty. Both types of dumplings were under seasoned and waaaaaaayyyyy too oily. The dough was tough. The scallion pancakes had the texture of a fried tortilla. They weren’t flaky like how I have experienced scallion pancakes in the past. The pork belly in the spring rolls was not cooked well. It was not crispy at all, it was basically a soggy chunk of pork fat.I’m extremely bummed because I was excited to have a dumpling place near my house and would have been a regular patron if they were even mildly decent.

Shper delicious dumplings. Yummy

My hidden secret to incredible food
