Dear McDonalds I don’t like the fact that you guys are making your fries less salty because they were delicious the way they were and now they taste simply like nothing. This McDonalds is really sad. It's obviously underserviced and likely has stressed out staff.I went on a Sunday morning and was immediately aware if how unclean it was. I waited in feont of the register to order but the staff passed me multiple times without acknowledgement. I figured maybe we needed to use the ordering machine instead. The machines weren't super simple. After a couple failed attempts to locate the 'meals' section, I saw that someone behind me was being serviced by the staff so I went back in line.Tthere was nobody cleaning tables and floors so every unoccupied table was filthy. I sat to wait for my meal but had to keep my arms from touching/resting on anything to avoid unwanted ketchup elbows. Since we wanted to eat our meals while they were hot, we decided to eat in our car in the parking lot instead of busing our own table. The fries were unsalted, which is strange, and the burger was cold.I've been to poorly-kept fsst food restaurants many times but this one takes the cake for Ewwy Goowy Yuck.
Upsetting ! extremely dirty restrooms and the dining area is horrible and the staff wasn’t friendly.
Good for a quick bite, but crowded and often not very clean.
I ordered through the McDonald’s app this afternoon around lunch time. I guess they didn’t read the order correctly because I ordered one meal and two extra fries. I got the meal and one of the fries but the other one was missing. This is also not the first time this has happened at this particular location. Whoever reads the orders needs to learn to read or be replaced with someone who can properly deliver the order to the customer.
Rude and sloppy as he'll my fries were upside-down and my burger just looked gross. Milkshake was straight water with a little chocolate syrup.
What happened here? Order was wrong, fries were cold, took 20 minutes. Used to be reliable back in the day. Was my first job as a teen - this location! So disappointing.
Found a bunch of hair wrapped all.aroind my food. When I called them out they gave me attitude and tries to excuse it or something. Will never come here again . They definitely tamper with peoples food here.
New manager was awesome, my order was perfect and the man went above and beyond to make sure the place was clean. 5 star mcdees
I ONLY PURCHASE DRINKS AT McDonalds.Hamburger meat is SUPPOSED to have a bit of grease. That's what makes beef taste good.It's Overpriced,and their food is weak.Theres 5x more carbs than their food items should have.Drink prices are reasonable ZZZ except for their special coffees ☕
