Best ice cream ever! Stop reading and start driving.This spot is a Santa Cruz favorite! We bring our family here every time we’re in town. They have so many flavors. We love trying samples and eating inside.The staff are SO friendly! I love how they listen, let me try samples, tell me about the ice cream, send some more samples my way, and are caring for my kids.
What a Place! What an Ice cream. Definitely one of the best ice creams I had so far. This place is highly recommended. They have 4.8 rating for a reason. The only con is that there are long lines but you have the option if ordering online, but if you be patient and go inside you'll be greeted with a friendly staff and you can try samples. You'll feel the difference if the ice cream!!
I have been driving past Marianne's for decades traveling from Los Gatos to Santa Cruz but never stopped. I always saw the lines outside in the summer and it looked like a good place but I never stopped. Finally in May I stopped in, big crowds out front, and got ice cream here. Good selection and good quality.
Great place for a treat with the family! Lots of choices, great staff that give samples & you can now go inside again. Mariannes Ice Cream is the best!!!
It seems very famous and well known brand in area, verity of sizes are available.Aboutit is delicious as ice cream is always a pleasure. I didn’t find incredibly different taste rather the others.Still a good refreshing choice
Jade was very helpful to us during our visit here. She recommended good flavors to us, and the one we ended up not liking she switched out for us at no charge. I appreciate the good service and good ice cream, will return!
So many flavors, not enough time! All the 1s I tried were amazing! Customer service made you feel great entering the place. Try whatever sounds great, you won't be disappointed ?
There are many kinds of flavors that I really like, such as coffee almond fudge, chocolate. The services was nice and friendly.
Drove over here because of reviews. Ice cream was good but the girl serving us was rude and snapping at her fellow co workers which probably affected my opinion of the place. Then she became flustered, kept ringing us up wrong and then blamed her coworker.
