The girl at the register didn't speak English and struggled to understand anything I was saying. This went on for several minutes. She eventually rung up my order and I paid. I was getting food to-go but she had the kitchen put it on plates, so they had to re-package it for me.I got home and my order was all wrong. I went back to the restaurant and told them. The guy in the kitchen said they would re-make it for me. I take home the new food and my order is STILL WRONG. I will never come back and recommend my friends and family don't go there.
went here excited and when we got there was more than excited ordered a supreme burrito or something and it was huge i was extremely hungry and was 100% satisfied would stop here again. the dude there taking our order was chill shout out to him not rushing us to order even tho there was a line definitely coming back when i revisit santa cruz
Little corner Mexican joint with counter service. Great tacos! Everything is super fresh and the Asada and Carnitas are particularly great. Two picnic tables are set up on a reclaimed portion of the street, so you can sit outside under a canopy. Fast and courteous service. My two street tacos with rice and beans, plus pico and lettuce, were $14 after tax. I'll definitely be back and may try the breakfast burrito in the morning too.
100% recommend! Great prices and great quality food. The inside is very nice and the location is convenient to the boardwalk. We had burritos and tacos al pastor, delicious, will definitely come back!
Fairly average Mexican Cuisine...it was close to the Hotel I was staying in. Within walking distance.
I love Mexican food and I was super excited to see this place when we pulled into town. The food was ok but nothing to get excited about. I ordered some tacos and the food arrived quickly. The service was ok as well, for being so close to the boardwalk I would have thought the staff would be more inviting. It was a Sunday afternoon when we stopped in for a late lunch and we were the only table in there so maybe it was an off day. Not sure if I'd go back when I'm back in town.
The fish tacos were very, very salty. Our family of 5 had ordered 8 fish tacos as well as a fish burrito and none of us were able to eat the fish. I think it was probably a bad batch and accidentally oversalted. We felt guilty due to the terrible waste of food (as well as money) but the Carne asada was good. Closing time was posted as 8pm, we returned at 7:30p to try to get more Carne asada (since no one was able to eat the fish) and let them know their fish was very oversalted and they were closed.
You're going to want to stop for a bite here. Place is legit! The entire table loved their food including my picky son. Short walk from the board walk and great prices. Hit this place up!
i was here but i didnt order, my buddy did. this was in summer time and i have lived in sc for a year and few months. it seems okey. today (11/12/21), my first impression walking in is something. i get its a family own business, please dont force your own child to serve at the register. Anyway, super burrito is good. nothing bad at all here. just the service didnt impressed me at all
Nasty food old meat they rob people. And barley give u any meat in ur burritos. And it's just full of beans and rice. Taco meat look and taste like 1 year old ?
