This place smells like it was mopped with dumpster water, and the floors were sticky as soon as they opened.The restroom is for customers only(that's fine) but they make you order first, and then if you don't order enough they say it's broken. That's funny, it wasn't broken 30 seconds ago before I ordered my coffee.I was actually waiting a good amount of time before they opened so that I could order an actual meal but because their place smells like a sour dumpster I'm not going to eat anything from here.
Rude and unethical staff. Not all of them. There is a few who works there for a very long time and since day one. They are very extremely rude. I am not quite sure if this is just their personality. But they treat you like you’re a begger or they are giving you free food.Edit: but the food is amazing as well as night staff
Hands down the best fast food chain experience, atleast here in Santa Cruz. With other chains, my stomach definitely hurts for a while whenever I have a burger or nuggets . Here, I have never had that disconfort from eating their offerings. Its actually pretty tasty! Also love the teriyaki bowls. Order that along with some onion rings and you dont even need to go to a chinese restaurant for takeout.My only critique? The shakes are EXTREMELY sweet.So sweet you can get the nauseating aftertaste of fructose corn syrup. Definitely not recommended for anyone with medical complications like high bp, diabetes etc.
Pretty much your average Jack in da Crack. Nothing great but nothing terrible. Unfortunately there's loads of aggressive vagrants around - but that's a horribly failed city policy and not the fault of theirs.
As always service was great as was the good. I know I will always get great food that's always hot and fresh
Don't trust them to make my food. The employees here never seem happy at all. Always a weird vibe. Food comes out sloppy half the time .
Lady working the window yelled at me for not telling her I had a coupon and then proceeded to throw a fit when I told her she had poor customer service. First and last time I go here.
They won't allow a second order to be made only one order per vehicle, slightly annoying and my churros were cold, but all right customer service... Mobile ordering is very smooth, but the line for the drive-thru is horrendous if you're just picking up your mobile order.....25 minutes. Woah.
I'm out of town. Don't go to Jack in the Box that often. Drove by & thought I'd like a breakfast biscuit for dinner. Comes with coffee, I don't drink coffee ever. I asked the man taking the order if there is a fee to get soda instead & he said no. But when I went to pay, it was more. So if you change to a soda [ or juice ], it's a $1.50 or more extra. I can see it on juice but not soda. Not happy about that ... The sausage biscuit was good tho !!
