I love five guys for the cajun fries. It is the company norm for them to give you your cup of fries and ALSO dump another bunch of fries loose in your bag. Its why they are so expensive. This one did not give me the full amount of fries and they were really struggling to keep up with orders.
I'm addicted to this place. Everything about it is good in my opinion. The food, the people. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Five Guys.
Disappointed, 20 minutes a before closing and they were already not taking orders.Come early, last minute shoppers get turned away well before the 10 o clock mark.
Very busy location in downtown Santa Cruz. The food was great but parking on a Friday night is a pain.
They try but it's a five guys so for some reason it never really works out quite right. Last time I was here one employee freaked out and started yelling at customers and walked out. Everyone else on shift made up for it and did a great job though.
Been here a few times. Yes it's a chain and yes it's just 5-guys burgers and fries. The burgers always taste fresh and are always made on order. The people here at the time of my visits have been extremely nice and professional. The inside is very clean. I've really had no issues here so I do recommend this location. Especially if you enjoy a good fast food burger.
I like their meat and buns. I don't care for the fake cheese. Good French fries.
What a disappointment. Went there because I was close by and in the mood for a burger. The bun was so soggy could hardly eat it. The onions were more on the wrapper than in the burger. Oh, did I say $10.00? Never again.
Really good food. I've been here multiple times. Always good customer service and fresh food. Also some of the best shakes. One recommendation for the owner/manager. Please figure out a better system for the shakes. They always forget the shakes and it takes forever.
Burgers and milkshakes are nice.
