I've known this place to be the "windmill"place as there is a dutch style windmill. We had breakfast. It was good. The menus stated "cheese" was part of the dish but there was just barely a sprinkle of cheese. Coffee was typical generic restaurant coffee. The cook and young man serving were both very friendly and nice. Oh! I almost forgot to mention...they make their own salsa , hot and hotter. Sadly they don't sell it but they should. SOOOO GOOOD ?

We ordered omelet and French toast. They re so yummy. We liked a lot. And the presentation of them is so successful. I was very very hungry and I felt very happy to visit here. The waiter was so kind and helpful. Thank you

Cute restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining. The staff brought a water dish for our dog. The Quesabirria tacos are worth a try! The Crab Benedict is full crab meat rather than a breaded patty - so good!

It was a little chilly in the outdoors back room. They didn't have the heater on at breakfast. My food, a carnitas scramble, was just okay. Others at the table with the huevos rancheros looked happier than I did.

Tasty breakfast food and good service. Nice back room. They also have a kids menu that is very reasonably priced.

The place was fantastic! The food was amazing, and one of the best bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had. Their homemade hot sauce is divine. Such an under rated spot.

Had lunch about 1:00. Their menu was mostly breakfast dishes which looked good, but I ordered their hamburger. The description sounded great, and once I bit into it I really enjoyed it. To me this was one of the most delicious hamburger I have had in the Santa Cruz area.

Good prices and menu. Food was flavorful and looked great on the plate. Service was also very good and the young man was very polite and helpful. My meal was a cold and that's the only reason I chose not to give them 5 stars.

Homemade tortillas! I had the Machaca Scramble and it was delicious.

Went here for lunch. We tried two of the pasta dishes, actually one was gnocchi, which I don't think it is technically pasta. Anyway, I liked the gnocchi with with chicken, the pesto was not overpowering, and the chicken was moist and tender. The pasta was a Penne with shrimp. It was a little under seasoned, and the shrimp were over cooked. They do make a really good Bloody Mary. Looking at the menu, it seems they don't really have an identity, as it was a mix of American style breakfast, Mexican dishes, and Italian pasta. Service was good, though they were not busy at all, and prices were very affordable. I think we will try breakfast next time.
