This is a Domino's kitchen only. No on site tables. Order ahead by phone or computer and go pick up. They also take in person orders. However this location maybe difficult to find because the store front is in set and can't be seen from the street. Parking is limited and spaces are tight. Difficult to get in and out. With that said, the food itself is good.
This place brought wrong orders and blocked my phone number after delivery. I have ordered 3 times from this place and every time they were late by 30-45 mins. They don’t know how to respect their customers on the phone nor in person when they are delivering the food.100% not recommended.
literally so sad, hungry, and broke bc of this place. please do not order here, I'm begging you. I placed my order at 6:30. at 8:30, the delivery tracker on the website said it was delivered. but it didn't! so I called the store and they were like "give it 20 minutes." after 30 minutes (this is 9pm at this point) it still never came, so I decided to call the store again. I called them literally 12 times and they never answered. still haven't heard back from them and it's 10pm now. i really didn't wanna leave a review because i don't wanna seem like a karen, but i don't want other people to go through what i did. so yeah please don't order delivery from here. :(
Great pizza always hot and usually get it in 30 min
I don’t even know where to start. In Domino’s generally whack legacy of pizza this may be the most (only?) fire Domino’s location of all time. If you order for pick up all the employees are zen level chilling, but they still manage to whip up an insane thin crust pizza. Honestly the best chefs I’ve encountered living here, true artisans lol. If you order online you can expect like a minimum wait of 2 hours for delivery, but whatever the pizza slaps, so who cares.
Ordered online 3 hours ago and still haven’t gotten my pizza. It was reportedly out for delivery over an hour and a half ago and I’ve been unable to reach the shop via phone. It looks like the car hasn’t moved on the tracker. I’ve never had a problem with pick up but I decided to go with delivery this time and it’s absolutely a terrible experience. I didn’t even order during peek hours. DONT ORDER DELIVERY HERE
Our local Domino’s on the Westside is the BOMB!! They’re usually courteous on the phone, fast, open late and tasty! My Domino’s memories of older days do not revive this deliciousness that is of now. Thank you Westside Domino’s for being so awesome. Keep on Rockin’!
Said pizza was done yet hadn't been started. Seemed like everybody working but one employee was intoxicated
They are rude It took 2 hours to receive my order the first time I ordered from them and everything was cold. I called to ask them to remake my order and they said they would give me a credit for next time or they could send me something else which never arrived. 4 days later I ordered pizza and BBQ wings and they only squirted lite BBQ Sauce on two of them. I called to complain and they told me to hold them I called back 5 times and they kept hanging up on me and said we don’t give away free food. I paid for my food but your employees are not doing their job properly and when you call and complain you get poor customer service. Horrible place very rude and your order will arrive cold and not prepared properly.
Called, was left on hold for 10 minutes. Don’t order from here if you want to buy pizza.
