My roommate brought home some Cheesecake ice cream with brownies and coconut and it was amazing. The cheesecake flavor is unmistakably cheesecake and the brownies were soft and chewy. The coconut was a great addition as well. Loved the ice cream.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE KID! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO FIRE THAT KID. THE MANAGER IS RUDE TOO! There are plenty of other ice cream shops on PAC AVE. This is a TOURIST TRAP!!

The employees were friendly and we're helpful in helping me decide what size and flavor to get my dog so he could sit outside at one of the tables and enjoy some delicious ice cream with my husband and I. Very nice treat for all of us.
We experienced a most obnoxious customer service rule I have seen in a long time. We had a large party (6) and we were the only one in the store for 5-8 minutes. There were 4 employees behind the counter. The rule was only one server could serve us at a time. (To be fair two were working on online orders for half the order time we were there.) so basically we waited and waited for the one really slow Emplyee to make all the orders (nice kids). On the 3rd ice cream order 10-15 min later other parties came in and the other 3 employees would not serve us as there was a RULE that each employee would only serve one group at a time. The best part was we had multiple large groups in the store being slowly served by one employee. By the time we got done 1/2 our group had eaten and the other 1/2 did not want to order because it took so long. So all the large groups were all there way to long. Time to think of a better solution and don’t use COVID as the reason.

Also iManager can be rude and will make you wait for your online even though it should have been ready 10 min ago. Also to the young lady who was cashier tonight, if you see someone with someone else dressed exactly like them and is talking to them assume they are together. You yelled at my twin and I had to explain that she was with me.Fix ya self.
