I work near here so I come in for lunch once in a while. About half the time they are understaffed and there is a long wait time. I think there is a lot of turnover because the staff is always changing and sometimes it is very obvious they don't all get along. Today they were all out of rice at 1:30. Their ice machine has been down more than once, and on two occasions they have only been able to accept online orders. But it's Chipotle, so when they have their act together its pretty good!
I came here for the first time because of their new menu: pollo asado, meaning grilled chicken. Some one told me this tasted like Szechuan spicy diced chicken… Indeed, it tasted really not bad! (While this is a seasonal dish.) The only reason I gave four stars is because the service was kinda slow… need to be patient and wait long time. Guess chipotle should learn from Panda Express.
This is the worst chipotle location of all time. Constantly out of everything. No walk up line today, but there was still a 30 minute wait because of the mobile order back up. 25 people waiting Inside for door dash. Incredibly rude mangers every single time.Chipotle…. Close this place…
UPDATE: came back a month later, same horrible experience - they literally don't have half of ingredients again! This is officially the worst Chipotle location ever! Not coming here again!Terrible experience today - some equipment failure, yet they said they take online orders. Online states 10 min only, while in reality it takes a lot longer than that! Wanted to use the restroom while waiting - no toilet paper, no napkins, no soap and no hand sanitizer! If this place can't serve customers properly, it should simply be closed!
Not sure what the deal with this chipotle is ? they’re always out of chips, meat, and ice. I wouldnt trust their soda machine too much. There was no garbage can…. Maybe they’re understaffed? They always look very stressed. I hope they figure it out
I recently complained online to Chipotle about repeated poor experiences at this location. My experience matches all the reviews that mention missing items, unexpected closures, incorrect orders, etc.So they sent me a code for a free entree. When I used it today, they messed up my order again: no fajita veggies and flour tortillas instead of crispy corn. The food here is sad.
I know reviews are far and few with this location but since I did visit it recently and want to give as much forewarning to everyone to stay away. You're greeted at the door with a hand written note that their ice machine is broken, then told they are short staff. Then when you order, you are told there is only three of six meats available and not chips. Then in typical minimum wage fashion, the food is 'slapped' together with zero effort. Then when you check out, you are told they cannot give receipts. Nothing, not even a hand written one. Need a fork, bring your own, cause this location doesn't have any either. A complete waste of money and time. Hopefully this finds folks who are looking for a Chipotle for lunch to help them avoid this complete mess of an establishment.
The worst ever! They even not respect people. I ordered online, but they missed/forgot my order. And they tell me to order again, but I already paid online. The food I got at last was completely different as what I ordered. I paid extra for the guacamole, but I didn’t get it. The food I got looks like trash, half of the bowl is empty! Only got five pieces meat (also different as what I ordered). The “manager” is also trash, idk if he is the real manager? He doesn’t care anything, just playing his phone. also, really bad attitude. Last, I can’t get any refund from chipotle, the robot system is a dumb.
Worst chipotle ever. They were out of steak and it took me more thank half an hour to place an order. The chips were hard and soggy so I asked them to swap them for fresh chips. They said those were fresh and asked me if I wanted a refund. I said yes to the refund but I kept waiting more than ten min so I left. Terrible service and staff, I think they are high schoolers and do not know what to do. Do not go there!!!
This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I ordered online and my food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after it was promised and I could see the online order assembly employees just standing there hanging out and talking almost the entire time. Normally I wouldn’t mind the wait so much, but when I finally got the food, they didn’t give me the chips I ordered, the guac container was less than half full, my bowl was about a quarter full and missing some of the ingredients that I had ordered (including the guac I had paid extra for), and the food tasted really off. Totally unacceptable.
