Wonderful coffee (Americano, latte, and cappuccino are our go-to orders) and lovely service. That avocado toast is the best ANYWHERE because of those pickled toppings. We ride over here early from Seabright to beat the crowds and it’s getting harder and harder as this place is popular!
This place is awesome! The coffee is good - dark and somewhat bitter. I drink it black and it's great. The food is really good too. The breakfast burritos are just amazing - probably among the best I've ever had. Fruit and yogurt is always good and comes with fresh seasonal fruit. It gets a little crowded on the weekends but they usually go pretty quick. Worth the wait IMO!
Fabulous coffee and environment, but what really sold us was the service. The staff was so friendly. They even let us sample the porridge because we had noticed a lot of people ordering it. The blueberry porridge was fantastic! Highly recommend.
I've been ordering C&C's coffee for a while now, so I jumped on the opportunity to visit one of their locations as soon as I was in SC and see how the pros do it. While the flat white I received was good; shot well balanced and milk texture impeccable, it did feel a little "standard". Boring, even? I'm not sure what I expected. Still, pretty solid and the shop interior was beautiful. Still, I wish I was local so that I could try more from them!
Great service, good pastries & coffee! The decaf latte was "really good" (according to my 7yo). They're only serving in disposable cups still, but the barista let us watch her create the latte art! The barista also corrected / remade my coffee on the spot and was very calm & friendly despite the very long Sunday morning lineup of orders. My 7yo also raved about the sticky bun. The pinwheel croissant was a bit hard, but I liked the crunch - it had a great flavor. The music was nostalgic (I'm a 90s kid) albeit a little loud - although that was necessary to hear it over the small Sun morning crowd. Overall good experience - very impressed by the service of the barista this morning (Sun May 1st @ 9am) she deserves a raise!
Can't wait to come back, drive over the hill there just to get their coffee. Cute decor, friendly staff and not far from the beach?
The BEST place to start your day. Everyone is incredibly friendly, the coffee is great, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito.
I know someone who works there and I have heard about the perks they give their employees and I love businesses that are supportive of their employees. And the drinks that I tried from there was amazing! I forget the exact name of the drink but it had the word beige in it.
Visiting Santa Cruz and wanted to check out local coffee shops. I tried Cat & Cloud Coffee this morning and wow my vanilla latte is amazing. This latte leaves other big coffee chains in the dust.
Very cute cafe with excellent coffee, breakfast food, and pastries. The cafe has a great vibe and decor with tons of seating both indoors and outdoors.
