This is one of the worst BKs I have ever been to. They constantly screw up your order, overcook deep--fried foods, and are regularly out of item on the menu.
I love Burger King fries. But this is the only one that doesn't believe in salt on them. Day and night shift. It's non existent. I have to go to the one near Staff of Life just for good taste or ask for salt packets. Very disappointing.PS. The other day a group of friends of mine ordered a few things. Half of the food was missing. They would have gone back but we all live in the mountians and don't want to make the trip again. Worse Burger King ever.
Check your items if you are ordering multiple items. Today they forgot to give me the chicken nuggets. It’s painful to go back to get the missing items. Also they don’t know how to charge a gift card. You may wrongly be informed that your card has already been used!
Its fast food, it's convenient. Not necessarily good for you lol!
So I was on line, mind you, I don't do fast food but I tried to deal with this Santa Cruz drive thru on Mission. MISTAKE! THEY TURN OFF THEIR DRIVE THRU DOOR FOR "CONVENIENT REASONS" DURING BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND EVENING HOURS. They tell you to wait, but they are just bsing behind the counter, this is the usual 'manager' I encountered and this is Burger Kings usual service here...do better. They told me they would spit in my food if I ever went through this drive through again. And tonight the 'manager' kicked me out of line for asking another customer to not get to close to my car (I was waiting at the very least 10 mins). I've come here a lot this past year, and they've given me issues I haven't needed to deal with this past year, tonight was enough.
Recently remodeled, the entire restaurant was brought up to the 2010s from the 70s. Same menu as Burger Kings around the country. The only issue is this Burger King is on a busy street. Getting out of the parking lot can be problematic.
Best place for a frozen coke! Only a buck right now for a small, beats 7 eleven where it'll cost ya $2.29
