I realized after my original rating I didn't add the comment I wanted: I feel like the garlic fries could use a fix, just heating some oil and tossing the garlic in that before tossing it with fries etc would enhance the garlic flavor, help it stick to the fry and not be as spicy to the tongue when eaten like it was as raw, or I've even used roasted garlic before... idk but it had a bite that only 1 of the 3 of us sharing it was ok with.
really yummy burgers and fries!! good portions fills you up really good!! loved the environment and friendly staff!
Pretty pricey but this buffalo sandwich was absolutely absurdly gud. Crispy breading, juicy chicken, soft bun, franks redhot?. I added pickles which was a level up
Some of the worst burgers me and my partner have ever had. Extremely dry and bland patties. The fries were good though. only giving a two star because of the fries and the guy at the front was very nice.
Food was ok...fries weren't fresh...burger patty seemed like maybe it was precooked but the fixins were fresh and tasty. Couldn't make chocolate milk despite the fact they make shakes and malts

We love Betty’s Burgers, it had been awhile since we’d been so I was pleasantly surprised to see they have beyond burgers now with vegan (I feel weird typing the second part) lube which is mayo based.The service was super quick and the burgers were super tasty. We always visit when we’re in Santa Cruz!
Burgers are good with wide range of options. If your not interested in burgers they have other things my personal favorite is the hot turkey plate.
Slammin' salmon is a nice beef alternative, but burgers are commendable (even though they are stingy with the lettuce). Onion rings are very good in my opinion
Really liked the shakes! Fun with friends or family, burgers and fries are top tier
