This place served me day-old stale rice on multiple occasions. Also, I think that this place uses the cheapest chili sauces loose-change can buy. In addition, the lady who sometimes works the cash register is incredibly rude. You might not know this, but she spews execrations about her customers in Korean. I guess she forgot I am Korean.
??Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed! Will most definitely be returning. Food is fresh, made to order, and quick. My recommendation is the short ribs plate and if you like fries, their French fries are on point! Their chicken katsu bowl is tasty, however the thickness of the katsu is very thin. I don't recommend it as a meal. Enjoy! Ohhhh, and their canned iced tea from Hawaii is delicious!!! I need to find that at a local foodstore. BevMo doesn't carry it. Any suggestions?
Got the japchae. Spicy level 3. Melted my face off in the best way. Perfectly cooked glass noodles. Bulgogi with just the right amount of sweetness. Would melt again.
Utterly amazing. Dishes have traditional names, but there is nothing ordinary about the flavors. They need to teach every other Korean restaurant how to cook!
Fresh and delicious! Great serving sizes. Will definitely be back!
Came here because the other place I was going to had a long wait, but it was the best thing that could of happened, this place was way better and it's so good, I went 3 days in a row ?
Very disappointed! Food was not great other than the short ribs and salad. Kitchen was soggy and tasted old. I guess I have to go to LA to get the good stuff. Pricy for they give you.
An amazing Korean BBQ that you can get on a plate, in a sandwich, or tacos. Everything is seasoned perfectly and flavorful. The portions are amazing and the family that runs it is so friendly. Quite a gem that's a must try.
The meats definitely have the "flame broiled over charcoal" flavor of Korean BBQ. The pork belly is very thinly sliced, like 1/8th inch thick, marinated with perfect seasoning, between 4-5 ounce serving. The rib eye is a full steak, but thin sliced to about 1/4th inch, also 4-5 ounce serving. If you like spicy food, I recommend having it cooked with #2 sauce and getting a side of #3 sauce. #2 is typical gochujang sauce; mildly spicy (less than 1,000 Scoville units) and will leave you wanting more spice. #3 is like Pain Is Good brand habanero gochujang, which is 50,000 Scoville units and ordering it with #3 already on it makes for a nose-running eyes-watering dining experience. The "Plate" meals include salad with balsamic vinegar + oil dressing and 2-3 tempura green beans with gochujang mayonaise and a scoop a rice. Their food is 10 out of 10 and I eat there frequently.
Our favorite place to eat in Santa Clarita. Always fresh and delicious. Their sweet potato fries are inspired!
