Have been here with my kids many times. Am working across the street and asked if I could use the restroom. They told me I needed to be a customer so I asked what the cheapest item would be and they immediately told me "not the cheapest thing" and proceeded to tell me it was out of order. I have been here with my kids many times, they were unbelievable my rude to me. Do not go here ..
Churros with fruit was very good. Was already quite sweet so no dipping sauce is required.Coffee machine for lattes looked like one of those all in one machines so for espresso drinks might look elsewhere.The horchata coffee looked interesting but didn’t get to try it this time!
We had a Cinco De Mayo Party for City Council and found this GEM of a place at the last minute while looking all over Santa Clarita. The owner was so helpful and very courteous. Omg!!! The churros areA-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! The location is perfect! The place is very quaint. The Churros were a huge hit!!! So glad we found this place. Highly recommended!
Giving one star because the location is not meant for little ones. Space is super tiny...not enough sitting. My 19-month-old almost got hit by the kitchen door when someone opened itAnd employees are not friendly at all (not a welcome, not a thank you...long faces...one of them got annoyed when I asked for an additional spoon). Went today, (5.23.22 @6:30pm), for the first time with my 3 kids and I guess I had very high expectations. The churros are delicious...the ice creams are average. Overall...they can do much better.
At times the churros weren't that warm, but I have it before when it was, and it was amazing. Addition of the coffee with the Gelato and churro, it was an combo made in heaven.
We tried the mini Churros and they were good sized, coming from UK these are not mini and would be classed as a portion for 2 in my world. They tasted good not oily and batter was light. I pref to have less sugar as it was too sweet for me. The churros came out a touch warm I pref them hot as they feel fresh. The Mexican hot chocolate was also nice and had flavour. The place was small and clean. Busy so that's always a good sign.
I can't get enough! 8 Mini Churros for just $5.50 and when we read "mini", we were expecting it to be really mini but it was such a good value for the price we paid. I tried the Horchata Coffee Slush and felt it didn't have enough of the horchata flavor, next time I will try it in the non-slush version. The Mexican Hot Chocolate was delicious! Small indoor seating area but there are tables outside and the churro comes in a big bag so you can even just eat it while walking around. Can't wait to try everything else, i just wish they were open earlier in the day!

We'd been wanting to try this place for a while after having the yummy churros at the Old Town Newhall Farmer's Market before the storefront opened, but every time we went it was after a big meal elsewhere on Main Street an as appetizing as it looked, our stomachs weren't ready. Well, finally, after a meal of sushi which left us wanting more a trip to XRO was in order.It was a cold night in Newhall but thankfully an inside table was available for the four of us that the staff cleaned and sanitized on request.A couple of us had the 2 churros with "gelato" situation...I had mine with vanilla, my wife with chocolate...the churros were as I remembered them...is it possible there was too much sugar on them this time? Maybe...the sugar overwhelmed the doughiness of these smaller churros a bit...though it's hard to legitimately complain about sugar.The "gelato" was another story...we've had gelato...it's rich and creamy...what we got was soft-serve that was a bit icy. Not bad on its own terms but definitely not what we were expecting with something labeled gelato. I think if they'd labeled it "softserve" it wouldn't have raised an eyebrow...but gelato is a rich, creamy situation, heavier than regular ice cream...more indulgent than what is served here.Our kids enjoyed their churro bites (no ice cream) - one with fruity pebbles an one with crushed oreos. They're enjoyment of what they got pushed this from 3 stars (parent assessment) to 4 leaning higher as, well, you know. dessert.
Awesome churros. Forgot to take pictures, but it’s like crack when earn fresh. First batch was cold, but when we ordered another batch, they were hot and fresh. Soooo good!
