Both my kids ate at the canyon country, CA location a couple weeks ago and got food poisoning. I called and asked for the manager and a woman said “I can help you” so I reported to her but she didn’t even seem to care. One of my sons got so sick he had to go to his doctor and was referred to a gastrointestinal specialist because he’s still having symptoms a week later. : ( Someone else just ate there and got food poisoning too. I reported it to the Health Department but haven’t received a response. I hope they investigate and solve the problem to prevent more people from getting sick.
This place messed up my order and I called to get a credit for a different day since it was late. They had me bring back the food if I wanted a refund or credit because they have to "count the food". What an absolute waste of time. Even a partial credit and I would have been happy. You made a mistake why do your customers have to make up for it with their own time....
My experience was horrible to say the least. Took over an hour for me to receive my order and i was ignored by the manager. She knew i had been waiting for an hour had someone come tell me 8 more minutes once the 8 minutes was over food still wasn’t done at this point i waited an hour and 10 min for a man to say we can just have a refund. Once i got my food they forgot half my order and ran it to my car. Drive to the other location this location is trash.
This is my addiction! You must have the Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parm, and Korean BBQ. The french fries are so good too.
I only go to this Wingstop, they never get my order wrong.
The lady that manages this place was very rude and arrogant when I asked a question about thighs vs wings being ordered online.Sure I can go online, but I had a question and she was super frazzled about it?The place looked an absolute mess on the inside. Soda fountain machine sticky on the floor and the food tasted as good as the customer service, lousy , lots of other customers complaining about wait times.This location gets a F +

Waited for 35 minutes in the store for an order I had placed online 20 minutes prior ..When I got there they said it’ll be ready in a couple of minutes I waited and waited .No one asked me if I have been helped or if my order was ready …..I asked if it was ready and they said yes it was after 30 minutes of waitingIt had been sitting for 20 minutes ..food ended up being cold and under cookedPoor customer service !!Will never come here again !!!
food had no taste. But we did get our money back. I will NEVER go there again. ?
