Super Bowl LVI and Wingstop had no wings. ? Only boneless wings (fake wings). FML ?

My partner and I ordered food through the app. We selected delivery thinking it was through Wingstop. Really, it's done through DoorDash which it did not say until after we had paid. Because of this, there was no way to get support as both companies blamed each other. We waited 2 hours for our food. The driver was unresponsive when we tried to get in contact. By this time our food was already late. When it finally arrived the food was cold and we were missing parts of our order. On the map, it appeared as though they were making other stops on the way, further delaying our food.

I went in with my two boys and was told it was 30-40 minutes wait. While waiting, I realized how busy the three employees were. Saldo, many customers fail to understand that restaurant was under staffed,. Employees remained courteous as they faced shouting from impatient customers. I hope and pray people will be more patient and flexible to employees trying to keep a job as we all faced many struggles in this present life.

they are literally and figuratively stealing from SCVpoor training, unsanitary food handling, multiple labor law violations including child labor laws. they hire your children and abuse them. santa clarita wingstops have the same owners who live out of town so not much is being reinvested into SCV for the amount of damage they do.

I rarely leave reviews but I’m super annoyed. I ordered wings through wingstop.com at around 9:45 on NYE. My order was accepted. The website said it was going to be an hour. Around 11:15 the driver says the restaurant is closed. So not only did they charge me and was never notified the store was closed. It took over an hour an a half find that out, so there was 0 chance any other restaurant was open. Getting a refund is taking forever as well.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST STORE. And it’s not because it’s employees are bad at their jobs or anything, it’s because this location’s management thinks 4 friggin’ people is enough to run the kitchen and registers during the dinner rush.I don’t blame the employees for my wings being barely cooked, getting my fry order wrong or the extra 20 minutes I waited, I blame the manager for being a chucklef**k and only having 4 staff members on shift. Hire more people or shut down.…also the parking sucks.

Ordered plain wings with sauce on the side, and they want to charge me extra $ for sauce... are you kidding me? ?

It amaze me the amount of 5 stars on this place. Got some wings last night. Half half on the flavors. So first all the wings tasted the same, not a noticeable difference between the spicy and the less spicy. Second and more importantly the wings were DRY. Really felt overcooked and sitting in a pool of oil. And lastly, the cost comes up to MORE THAN ONE DOLLAR each wing. Are you kidding me? Don't go people. This is a bad place

I placed my order online for a time scheduled pick up.Arrived to location and no wonder no order been made.I showed the order confirmation to literally 4 different people with location ,order number and even I showed my bank account to justify I placed the order because it was getting really uncomfortable.A 5th person came from the back and I had to go all over again with her too ,not to forget every single one of them said they CAN NOT research the order by order number.So she said they will do the order just sit down and wait.A little while later she comes out with a laptop and showing me she find the order and how ? By order number off course …so she started to get into it with the order is to a different location and started to have absolutely unrelated examples to give me why she can not make the order….after 35 minutes arguing with a customer who can show payment and order to that location.I asked for the manager and well she was the one.How ridiculous is the manager arguing with a customer to remake a 15 PCs chicken wings order when the customer shows all confirmation of the order.My opinion is to be careful with this place ,being as cheap as this manager is might you not even getting the right protein what you ordered.Will follow up with corporate headquarters how they even allowed this kind of management in place.Ps: this people really don’t know management or customer care. If just only one person read this post and decide not to order from this place they already lost more then just to remake the order.The opportunity cost definitely not on they side.

I ordered a 30 piece with a few other items last night (11/20) through DoorDash (first time from this location). I received the right amount of wings. But the fries were cold, bag wasn’t sealed and grease was everywhere. I wasn’t sure if that was based off of the restaurant or the DoorDash driver.Today (11/21) I reordered a 30 piece by itself through DoorDash again. I received 26 pieces (2 had almost no meat so I’d say 24 pieces) but everything was packaged perfectly. So giving the location the BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT I called for a refund (or some resolution) on 4-6 wings. I spoke to someone (who was polite) that advised me the manager JORDAN said he packed my order and it was perfect…which implies that I’m lying out the DoorDash driver at 4-6 wings and resealed the bag perfectly! I advised the gentleman on the phone that was incorrect and I had no reason to lie about 4-6 wings. I asked to speak with JORDAN but was told he couldn’t come to the phone because he’s the only cook but could call me back. I chose no callback because he already LIED (whether intentionally or unintentionally) so I don’t trust that he’ll call or rectify the situation. The refund wasn’t important the CUSTOMER SERVICE is! IF I CHOSE WINGSTOP AGAIN I’d rather drive to the location I used to go to in Canyon Country.
