I am giving one star, because the manager is rude and treats his employees horrible. The employees did their best to fix his mistakes and he took it out on them, he yelled at two employees while eating for mistakes that he made. During one encounter he raised his hand at his employee as if he was about to hit her. He then stormed off in his car for his mistake. Andrew and the new cashier were very helpful and went out of their way to fix any mistakes that occurred with our order.
Manger is rude and super stingy. I spent $35 on 2 meals and 2 Chillis. The chilli cups were barley half way full and the manager scoffed when I asked him to fill them up all the way. Then I saw him filling up my large coffee and had to top it off with hot water because he ran out of coffee. When I confronted him he said it would take to long to make more.Why try and pull a fast one on your customers and give them less than what they paid for... If its a supply chain issue then just be upfront and honest.Many other options for food in the area that I will go to and suggest others to as well in the future.
Came through the drive through and ordered two burgers. They were both wrong... the only thing they managed to get right was my order of large fries. I ordered a baconator and they give me a bacon cheeseburger with this disgusting sauce. I also ordered a big bacon classic and they gave me a regular burger with no bacon or toppings. And to top it all off it wasn't even busy. What a terrible experience

We had not been to Wendy's in a long time. We missed the salad bar. This store was clean. The cashier was either new or did not read well, so it took awhile to get our order. Chicken tasted like you expect chicken to taste like. The prepared salad was a let down compared to the salad bar Wendy's we remembered. I didn't try the hamburger. I always enjoyed the square patties.
Waited 20 minutes in line with only 3 cars ahead of me. No receipt and they got the order wrong ?
Ordered a jalapeño popper and it was nasty. The bacon was as hard as pasta noodles, the ranch looked weird. And the grilled chicken was dry and not even cooked on a grill or stove
Horrible service myself and 2 other clients where waiting in line for about 10 minutes there was people inside but both doors where locked an employee saw us, continued to unlock the other door and never told us it was open, myself and the 2 other customers decided to leave instead.So unprofessional.
