Service was great and fast. The employee provided great description of the different type of soup they had and I was able to pick the right one for my taste buds. The sandwiches were a bit on the expensive side but they were simple and delicious.
I've had better ramen. But it's Ramen and that's typically a good thing.Location: Upon waking into the facility I could tell they were taking precautions with COVID-19. We felt as if we walking into an apocalypse ramen joint. They had speration panels between every table. I've been to many restaurants over the last few years and this is the first one we have seen be this thorough. May their spirit be Infectious to other locations...Food: Comfort food that is also a cultural bliss to the taste buds is always a win. Was it super duper authentic? (Broth boiled for hours to a classic smooth reduction and wild mushrooms gathered from the forest) No. Was it sightly Americanized based on acquirable ingredients? Yes.
Casual ambience with lots of interesting and delicious options here. For appetizers, we had the Rice Cracker tofu bun and Spicy Tuna Nachos Muchos. For entree, the Curry Katsu rice bowl and Umaichi Pork tonkotsu Ramen. Cinnamon Honey toast for dessert which was huge - the matcha ice cream tastes so good if not the best matcha ice cream. The Ramen is one of the best in town (almost done when photo was taken)! The curry did not disappoint ( no photo, devoured in a flash). Service is friendly and warm contributing to an overall satisfying experience.
Everything was super delicious!! Best ramen up in Santa Clarita area. Plus the buns are amazing!!
I was looking for something vegetarian because it’s Friday and so I found this place and ordered the Kinoko ramen with added bok Choy. I never have good experience with vegetarian type soups so I wasn’t expecting anything special. Instead I was completely blown away. The broth is perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The vegetables where cooked absolutely perfectly. The mushrooms, also, they were perfect. Everything had the perfect tenderness and mouthfeel. I ordered takeout and it was very well packaged so you can just assemble everything into a beautiful bowl of ramen at home. The customer service was also very good. The woman at the front was so polite. I can’t wait to come back!
We went to eat Ramen and ordered shoyu ramen, Pork tonkotsu ramen, curry pork cutlet. I added extra extra spicy and paid $0.75 more on Shoyu ramen. Initially if you taste the broth, it doesn’t taste very spicy but if you bite into the red pepper, you can definitely taste the kick. Broth was good but not as authentic as if you were to eat it in Little Tokyo. Service was good and fast.
Love Ramen, must try Honey Toast for desert
Delicious ramen and generous portions. I had the tomato broth ramen with vegetables. All broths come without spice but you can customize your spice level for an extra charge. I added some mild spice for. 25 cents. And the chili oil available at the table is delicious. It adds a lovely brightness. Service was friendly and very attentive.
This is the first time I dine in this restaurant, so let start giving my honest opinion and review on this restaurant. They have plastic barriers per table, 5 stars.I’ll give a 5-star review for the taste, quality, and quantity of their food. Ramen and appetizers are superb.Waiting time, not bad they are busy but we were able to sit right away, the system is good 5 stars for that.Staff, very knowledgeable and friendly, another 5 stars.Price is very reasonable, another 5 starRestaurant size would be 3.0 stars, they are small for a large group you will be sitting on different tables, max on a table with plastic barriers are 6 guests. For a small group, I’ll give 5 stars.Cleanliness, tables are made of stainless steel which is easy to clean. The only thing I noticed was they have only 2 staff who does all the ordering, cashier, serving and cleaning. I would suggest after cleaning the tables gloves should be replaced or have another staff doing all the cleanings.Overall I love this place and highly recommend it to everyone, you will enjoy and love their authentic food.
Always great service with polite staff, very very clean, social distance plexiglass barriers between tables, and always the absolute best ramen ?. The gyozo potstickers are always delicious and the hot sake is nice. Always a great experience. 10/10
