I dont like using the app because I don't like to unnecessarily give permission to access my phone info to any businesses. That being said they have a very slow service when you do walk ins although I see online users also having to wait unnecessarily for their order. So forl unch this is not a place to go if you are in a rush. I see police and firemen use this place....yeah, they seem to have a 5 hour break....we dont have that luxury. Food is excellent though for a fast food.
The last 3 times I have gone to the habit they have messed up my order I get its a lunch rush and I'm doing pick up but for an expensive burger it's ridiculous. Losing my business after today $36 for incorrect items is a joke and I've already left I shouldn't have to unwrap my burger and check it at their counter.
Everytime we order from The Habit on McBean they always leave out a burger or sandwich. Then it is up to us to go back to the restaurant and get the item they left out. They give us a coupon for a free burger but they can't ever seem to get the complete order right. I am so done with them. Will NEVER EVER order from them again. I think that 3 opportunities is enough to give them a chance to prove themselves.
This habit location has the friendliest people working here! The cashiers are always smiling and greeting everyone who comes in. The dining room is always clean when I come in with my kids and the food is so good here i always tell my friends to come here
Visited last week with my Friend John. The service was outstanding especially from Tatiana! You don't see or experience this often enough anymore! Thank You to the Staff and especially TATIANA.
The food at the Habit is consistently good whether you dine in or take out. Their Char burger meal is a good value. The green beans and sweet potatoe fries are especially good and tempting sides.
I enjoy the classics at The Habit.My only observation is that the fries in my daughter's kids combo came very cold.Otherwise, the place is clean, staff is friendly and food is good
I live cross street. I eat one time every week with my kids since 2015… for the last two years I see the level of the personal service is going down .. the food still good .. unfortunately today the cashier did not listen to the order. Did not repeat the order to confirm Did not ask question as usually clarify the order.. “ with cheese . Or without. Type of onion chilled or row .. I got my Checkin sandwich order wrong …. Although I still love Habit and will keep coming every weekthey were not busy around 2.15 and the trash cans was full
