Hello, everyone. This evening I went here to Taco Bell, next to the old K~Mart and ordered my food inside with the MANAGER that took my order and about four others as well behind me. Well, here I go with my review. He was Polite, but the only thing that did bother me was he was taking cash, and I paid cash and saw the other customers behind pay cash to and give us all our change. Remember, money is the Dirtiest thing on this earth. Well he didn’t even change his gloves and was making our food for the customer’s today with dirty gloves very disgusting moved. So when my food was ready I had told him please I do not want that I would like you to make my food all over again due to the reason above. Be very cautious when you go to Taco Bell next to the old K~Mart hygiene is not At their best.
I visit this place occasionally. And then one thing that gets me is the politeness. The place could use a little bit more clean tables, but overall good atmosphere.
This Taco Bell disappoints by telling their employees to not fill up the items as much as they should. Customer satisfaction comes first. Please begin filling up our food items because we are paying for it. I’ve heard it from two employees that they’re told not to fill them up as they should.
Ordered items on the app that are not available in the store and was offered to make a substitute that was $2.00 less than what I was being charged on the app. No offer for any kind of refund or anything in light of the overcharge... Then to add insult to injury the grilled cheese burrito I paid for didn't even have but a very small piece of cheese on top.... What the hell did I pay for...What a scam... Not great at all!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the new taco! Best thing you've ever offered. PLEASE have it on the menu permanently! ??? They are called Crispy Melt.
This Taco Bell is the closet to our home. It's also one we like going to as our order is always prepared in a timely manner. The employees here are very friendly and patient when you are ordering food. The drive thur moves at a good pace. On weekends it's a little slower then usual.
Ordered a Crunchwrap with no tomatoes. They put tomatoes.Was supposed to have 3 crunchy tacos all together. Only gave me 2.My drink was right and the cashier was nice. I’m just glad I’m not allergic but wasn’t what u asked for.
Every Taco Bell in Santa Clarita loves to close early. This has been a problem for years this happens most particularly in this location and the canyon country location
Its taco bell we all know it we all like love and hate it. People working at this one are pretty nice.
