Wanted to order some subs online and pick them up. There was a buy 2 footlongs get 1 free. This is a very common deal and almost always there are coupons mailed with it. The subway app is broken and will not allow transactions to go through. Requested the store to honor their coupon because it's not my fault their app is broken. They would not honor it unless I had the coupon. Won't be coming to this location ever again, store locations should stand by online deals or don't take orders through it.

Have low expectations for the employees. The employees don’t care enough to make a good sandwich, tossing lettuce onto the sandwich with no consideration for the customer. The sandwiches are still good but the employees don’t care about the customer. I don’t like to see lettuce being tossed onto my sandwich or overstuffing my sandwich. Once I came and there was two employees, one handling another customer and the other scrolling through their phone while I’m waiting to start ordering. I’ve seen all the employees and have nothing good to say about any of them. I suggest you go to the subway on golden valley by the 14 freeway about 5 minutes southeast. They’re in the same building as the shell, they service customers better ??

It's usually ok but today I went and asked for some mayonnaise on a sandwich and they put an absurd amount.
Probably the worst subway I have ever been to. Tried coming last night and the guy working the store was so slow I had to leave, and I was the only one there! This morning I tried again to get a sandwich and the staff just can’t put a sandwich together very well. Poor training creates poor results
Girl at register answered cell while ringing me up. Although she spoke on phone, she got me done ok.
Very polite! I ordered a 6 inch and they gave me a foot long sub.
