I absolutely love this Starbucks location. Its so convenient. Everyone is extremely nice, friendly, and polite. Every employee gets every customer in and on there way in a timely matter. Andrew (Drew) has became my absolute favorite and i love them all but he is definitely my favorite ever since this location has opened. His energy just makes my morning and whole day. Drew just remembers all his customers and treats us as if we have known each other from birth :). I love his energy and I was very sadden to find out he may be leaving this location. I hope he doesn't leave because his energy makes my whole day. Please keep him FOREVER....
This particular branch is extremely well managed. Maybe because it's less busy and hectic, but the staff here is incredibly happy, welcoming, and helpful. Don't believe me? Just pull in into the drive-thru. Exceptional customer service, 100% of the orders are right, and there are tons of cute pet pictures on the pick-up window. What is not to love here! Ok, they do run out of items from time to time, but that's typically of most stores. One of the best managed Starbucks in the SCV. Whoever is the manager, you are doing an outstanding job. Now please spread your magic in the other locations!
i absolutely love coming here to this starbucks! they are always the quickest to get my drink out, always willing to help and accommodate to me and my requests, and don’t even get me started on drew!!! what an amazing and positive person!!!! i always go hoping to see him he is great, always puts a smile on my face when he helps me! all of the other employees here are also super nice and welcoming! my new go-to!
Fresh new store, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Our drinks were great and the blueberry scone was delicious
This is a newer Starbucks. It was clean service excellent and my White Mocha coffee was made to my perfect. Just the way I ordered it.. I recommend if you're in the neighborhood this is a good Starbucks to go to.
No idea what other people are talking about. I love the staff here. I've been going to many Starbucks locations for many years now and this place has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They're always in a great mood and they're a pleasure to interact with while I pick up my drink.

Employees were busy but seemed annoyed that I asked for my drink after seeing it sitting and not called out for about 8 min after being made.
As others have mentioned this is a new location, so take that into consideration. My encounters with staff here have not been great; definitely don't expect good service here. If you're ordering something and are OK with it getting messed up, this is acceptable. The outdoor seating is wonderful.
This is my new favorite Starbucks. When sitting outside there is not the sound of traffic. Much more peaceful than all others in the area.
