Dear store # 20227 I have just ordered my daily coffee and some Breakfast. Like always the staff was amazing but when I open my Chicken caprese sandwich it was a hot mess, no tomatoes all the topping slid to the bottom and it had this funky smell and taste of chemicals. ( no filling in the first two inches and a sloppy mess at the bottom) It was the first time I ordered the sandwich at your store. I did so do to the southwest wrap being out of stalk.Thank you.
I didn't go there ..its in a bad place and the cars have to line up on the street causing traffic..I love Starbucks otherwise.
This location always gets it right. Period.
They made the wrong drink but replaced it, no problem.
Tastes like they burn the beans. Just not good.
This Starbucks is on my way to everywhere, but they rarely make my drink correctly. They inevitably either forget the sweetener, or forget the cream. I don't think I've had a drink made correctly by this store in months. I think from now on, I'm just going to go to the one on Plum Canyon instead. They get it right almost always.
Warm atmosphere you can just feel it when you walk in the door great customer service and they also went as far as to assist me on a couple of questions about a few items. Thanks
