I can see that costumer service has changed since I worked at Starbucks. The girl on the cash register that took my order today needs to be hidden away from customers. I believe she thinks she's so high and mighty she wouldn't even make eye contact with a good morning but she was holding a broom so you need to check yourself girl.
Coffee tasted hard or burnt, workers need to up their game.

I’ve just witnessed the grossest thing ever…having your barista August whom was serving this gentleman ahead of me who took a piece of paper out of his pocket and handed it to August to punch his drinks. Seeing your barista holding this piece of paper in his hand, done with it then started getting the food out of the oven heater and comes to serve me…I told him that he should’ve washed his hands before finishing up his tasks or serving me, he told me if there is anything else I want to drink and he did not wash his hands. Of course I got my drink and I’m throwing it away. Safety i guess is not his priority…So disappointed and I will never go to this location again!!

Never too busy if you walk in and customer service is great. But if you drive thru, lines are always long.
