This used to be a great Starbucks but now it's being ran down hill. Ryan, Nix, and Estevan were great but they have left and the staff is pretty rude now. Rob is my main complaint tho. He ALWAYS gives me a hard time on getting my refills and ALWAYS accusing me of leaving the store when I am just outside or in my car. How The refill system works is that you can't leave the store and it has to be under 2 hours since you purchased your drink. One time I was in a business meeting in my car for an hour and a half and went back in to get a refill and was told it was too late by Rob. He's even been rude to my kids. If he wasn't there, I'd give this review at least 4 stars.

I barely write reviews and I hope corporate sees this But I just wanted to say I had thee most best customer service experience there, now This isn't my main Starbucks I go to but I was providing an UberEats service and Sara had acknowledged me immediately while also providing for the previous customers she gave me great brief conversation as well as offering me a water for on the go and Jorden was also great too they both made me feel that this is the Starbucks location I should be going to on a daily.Keep these girls and acknowledge them for their efforts give them a raise if you can because an essence like thiers is what keeps that door revolving! Thank you for making my day!

Staff was very patient with us. It was close to closing so it wasn't very busy. The food was good as usual but the customer service was very good. I would recommend this Starbucks.
Yummi great service
Good service and coffee at this location. The staff is friendly and works as quick as they can. Sometimes, orders come out 10+ minutes from the time the app tells you they will be ready, but the blame is on the app not paying attention to how many orders came in recently. Everyone behind the counter is moving as fast as they can, and they remain courteous even as customers get needlessly upset. You know what they say about people before they've had their coffee.
Convenient location with ample parking and terrific, friendly staff.
