Totally fine red robin. Ordered pickup, food was ready in time. Slightly burnt burger on the edges, but it ended up tasting fine.Gluten free buns available for burgers, which is nice.
The service here is terrible. They are using a system of multiple people bringing drinks, food etc. But because of this, nobody knows what is going on. It is impossible to get refills. They don't have enough forks and knives and had to give us plastic ware. There are some employees standing around doing nothing and others are overwhelmed. They are all confused. Not a pleasant dining experience.
Great burgers, sandwiches, and unlimited refills on the fries! The drinks can be a little sugary, too sweet for some, but you can always get a bit of water on the side. The indoor space was pretty big and spread apart, might need a few more tables in between to make it more intimate. The outdoor seating area sucks, it needs to be expanded and upgraded.... too small, too dusty, no decorations... way too bare bones. Seat inside whenever possible. Service is always good here.
I also had a bottomless root beer float. My wife had a bacon cheeseburger and bottomless salad. We both enjoyed our food.
I've always liked this location. It's way better than the Northridge location. The waiters are friendly and the food comes out fast and good. If you like RR then you'll love this location.
Sick to my stomach.Ordered a chicken sandwich and a zombie drink. Somehow my sandwich had yellow cheese even though I verified with waitress no cheese was on it. Same with husband . He ordered his wrap with no cheese and it still had cheese.The drink he ordered was sand in shorts. Tasted more like tap water with cough medicine.We didn't finish our drinks as they tasted awful.Moments after leaving , I felt ill and began to vomit ? the food out.
Came to red robin for dinner. It was a small party of 2 and we got seated pretty quickly which may have been the only good thing about this visit. Overall the restaurant wasn't so busy, all the tables with big groups had already received their food. We were seated for about 20 mins before our server came and took our drink order then promptly took off before we can place an order of wings for our appetizer. After we received the appetizer and began eating we noticed we were never given silverware, not even napkins at the very least. I had waved down the hostess since she was the closest staff member and asked for some napkins which she said sure then never brought them! After a little while we finally received our food asked for napkins again and after finishing our subpar meals finally we received 2 napkins. Throughout our meal our waiter never came to ask for refills which were empty shortly after the food arrived or even asked how the food was. Our drinks and fries were empty the whole time even after countless staff walked by our table. Only thing saving this review was that the food was actually somewhat decent.
What a great experience! We visited cus we were craving bottomless steak frites but we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. Service was attentive - we were offered more drinks and more fries before we were finished the ones we had. I made a passing comment that my husband doesn't do well with cheese so we asked for no cheese on the burger. What really impressed us was that we ordered garlic fries as a side and didn't know there was parmesan on it. When the server arrived with it, she explained that the chef took out the parmesan knowing that my husband is avoiding cheese. Great service!
First time coming to Red Robin with my daughter, the food was delicious and the service was great. Matt was the guy that helped us out it was his first day today, he did an amazing job. Always checking up of we needed anything else, so I can say that my first time experience at Red Robin fantastic, delicious food and amazing service. Definitely would come again.
Omg! This place was amazing..loved the decor for 1. 2 the food was off the hook. Got the 'Shroom Burger with sweet potato fries, YUM! It was every bit Gourmet with out being over the top fancy. Our waitress checked on us every few minutes. Loved that the best. The onion ring appetizer was a stacked delight too. We also tried the Monster burger and Tavern burgers looked great. I cant wait to go back to try different Menu items. This was our 1st time at Red Robin too.
