The ice cream and bowls are good but the service is not. I ordered a bowl, and pointed out that I wanted the bowl exactly like the picture, as advertised. My bowl didn't look exactly like the picture as it was missing something white. I asked him and he responded that the cream cheese wasn't ready but didn't bother to tell me prior to, or even ask me if I still wanted it. There was no hand soap in the restroom or paper towels, and made them aware.
Service is not consistent. Different employees serve the ice cream differently. Some do a split scope, and some don't. The management needs to train them better to provide a consistent service.

Visited this ice cream chillin' spot on their grand opening on a hot summer day. There are unique & interesting flavors to choose from. We tried piña colada, Thai tea, cacao tea, lavender, & guava cheese. They were all good! The scoop serving is small so you can try 2, 3 or more flavors in one order. My 3-flavored coconut sundae was enough to satisfy my craving. We're trying the pineapple sundae? next.

The best ice cream shop in town! So glad to have this spot in SCV. They have other locations in the valley. They have some incredible flavors and everything is custom made from scratch. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly. Even though they are a small growing business, they present as a high-end franchise. What a great concept. We haven't had very many ice cream shops in town for awhile, so it was super refreshing to see this. Can't wait until they are fully open in another week or so.
