World's slowest drive-thru service. One time, I was a fool and decided to give it a 6th try because sometimes you have to make the same mistake over and over to confirm. I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru and there were only 6 cars ahead of me. I think the employee turnover is insanely high at this place so it's literally training day, every day. The chicken was ok, not spectacular, and definitely not worth the insane waits. I would not recommend it!
Went through the drive thru with my kids after Joy Jitsu and the speaker in the drive thru was not picking up my high truck. With several people behind me and nobody left in front of me I proceeded to the window without being able to place my order. When I got to the window I was greeted by an upset ( manager he claimed) Juan and he proceeded to tell me that it’s a company policy to send me back out and through the drive thru again. Unfortunately with young children and a very lengthy line behind me at 7pm we decided not to take the chance of our food being messes withWorst management ever and slowest Popeyes I’ve ever been to . Manager Juan is an absolute disgrace to your operation and should not be in public presence with an attitude like that
Firstly let me start a year back when I used to do post mates; picking up food from this location has always been chaos. Every time I had to get orders always a 20 min plus wait time this happened several times to the point that I would rather loose the order than go pick up here. Forward to today, 2 cars in the drive through and an empty parking so not busy really, I order a simple 16 piece and pull up to the window only to be asked to park up front and the food will be brought to us. This is not uncommon at fast food restaurants so I go ahead and pull to the front 25 min later they are still not out with my food. So we walk inside and there’s like 7 employees in there and none of them know why I am there. I ask for my order and they didn’t even believe me that I was waiting for my order. They had to go back on the history to find my order even though I had my receipt at that point they said they forgot about it and that they would work on it 10 min later I get my order. About 50 min spent here waiting for my food. Not really fast food.Getting home to eat; they got my order wrong and didn’t give me spicy chicken like I ordered they gave me regular. The Mac and cheese literarily has chunks of unmelted cheese? Maybe burnt cheese? Regardless chunks of undesirable cheese with a weird texture.Now I don’t want to be a Karen and I understand things happen but for it to not be busy plus mess up the whole thing and delay for almost an hour is crazy.Never again will I come to this location.
Quick smooth process. People complain about long drive thru but McDonald's is longer. Employees are always professional and polite.
First time trying popeyes and it was good. Went safe with the classic chicken and fries. Unfortunately the order came with rice instead. The sandwich was larger tjan i expected and was very tasty. The rice was ok, but thats cause i had to caveman it without a fork. Overall the food was good, but the service was below average.
Great chicken as always...but the sides have shrunk!
Terrible customer service and the line in drive thru is horrible.Team member named Dulce needs more and/or better training if she’s going to be working drive thru, she should talk slower and not be so rude in her delivery. Drive the extra 14 mins to the other one it’s worth it
Drive thru orders either leave out items or have old cold food. Haven't had a decent experience any of the times I have purchased from this location.
J U A N is the rudest manager. He was very rude when I asked about mobile ordering. He refused to allow me to pick up my order without having to get out of the line where I had already waited 25 minutes for drive thru. He took told me to go to the end of the line although I was already in line. I told him I was going to contact corporate. Juan told me he name was “J U A N”and he told me “go for it”. He apparently has NO respect or customer training. Absolutely awful service fromJ U A N. He has no problem with being rude and disrespectful. We drove from Valencia to Golden Valley and we were treated horribly. J U A N must be stopped. Periodt
The service and quality at this location is so bad that I choose instead to drive to the Popeyes location on Lyons Ave or Laurel Canyon & Rinaldi instead. Just save the time and stress you will be nothing but disappointed by this location. Bad food terrible service and worse of all slow.
