No air conditioning and not a single table. I guess they don't want you eating there. Ended up getting tacos next door.
This has been my go-to pizza place since they opened. Mostly because they're close to where I live. Never again. I committed the cardinal sin of ordering via Slice (a pizza-centric online ordering app). Even though Slice is the first option for ordering when using Google to find the restaurant's info, I was told (stridently) never to use Google. No "thanks for your business;" no thanks of any kind. Just the admonition that since I had used Slice I wouldn't get the perk usually given to customers who've spent more than $35 (liter of soda). Oh, and the pizza's OK - not worth what they charge, and certainly not worth being yelled at.
Great pizza! They had some flyers for these garlic roles which we got. Definitely go for it if you like garlic bread, because these are just like garlic bread WITH CHEESE! There are eight but by the time I reached for the phone, six of them were gone lolIt is a family-run business. Very nice lady at the register who was the owner. She was very helpful and patient enough to explain and give details of each pizza they have. They don’t have place to dine in but there are couple tables outside if you want to sit. They also offer a FREE large soda OR ice cream if you do the pickup.
Was good, now is lackluster. We really enjoyed Pizza Guys when they opened. Since then, the experience has gotten progressively worse. Incorrect orders, clunky online ordering and unauthorized card charges are only part of the issue. I can't recommend Pizza Guys anymore, 6 months ago it would have been a different story.
When we moved here thirty years ago Vincenzo's was already legendary. Finally a pizza that measures up! Ordered a reg crust with mushrooms, olives, and anchovies. Beyond good. Easily the best since that first Vincenzo's 30 years ago. Very highly recommended.L..
They were supposed to give me 2 free pizzas because a previous order of 4 pizzas was bone dry, absolutely no sauce. The next time I came in they said they couldn't give me the free pizzas because I ordered from a different phone number and if I ordered with my old phone number I could get them. So today I ordered through my old phone number, 4 pizzas, two of which were supposed to be free. At first they said they could only give me one pizza free per order (mind you...the pizzas were never free, they had been messed up). So, reluctantly they gave me both free pizzas and I paid for two others. I expressly asked them to make sure they put enough sauce. The owner took my order and said she would. When I picked up the pizza their staff and owners were very nasty (I don't understand why...I was kind to them throughout our interactions, including today) When I got home the pizzas were bone dry once again, evidently this was done intentionally. This was completely unnecessary, if you don't want customers to return that could have been said and I would have gone to spend my money elsewhere. I called and spoke to the owner who said that she made my pizzas and put alot of sauce on them (A complete lie...you couldn't even see the sauce on the pizza. Pizza Guys, if you are doing that bad financially that you can't afford to put sauce on pizza then it's time for you to close your doors. Terrible pizza, terrible attitudes, terrible service...not worth 10 cents.
No delivery, every time I called for an ETA its “another 25 minutes” and that the pizza is “in the oven”. The online tracker showsits still baking and not out for delivery. The customer service is horrendous and excuses instead of delivering my food or refunding my purchase. Third time I called a refund was supposedly processed. No refund and when I called a fourth time the worker says the order was not refunded and the pizza was not out for delivery. This is with less than half an hour to closing.
$40 bucks for an X-large pizza, toppings were scarce, ordered the with the 3 cheese italian topping, apparently that mean replace the standard mozzarella cheese, with this 3 cheese Italian topping, as pizza did not come with cheese.
Ordered pickup and very disappointed. Pizzas belonged to someone else...not even close to what we ordered. Different email address on receipt. Salad also wasn't we ordered either. They should check the order. Won't order from them again.
Great pizza and wing! I love ordering from Pizza Guys. The staff are always friendly and I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner a couple of times she is a very nice woman! I highly recommend Pizza Guys!
