Good ice cream, weird service. The older lady that was working there seemed nice at first then when we started asking for samples it just got odd. She gave me a sample I didn’t ask for, then she told us to keep the sample spoons because they reuse them. I thought she would take them but she never did so we had to leave with them. She also just gave us the weirdest stares and shouted stuff as we walked out. The whole thing just made me feel uneasy. I don’t think I’ll go again unless there’s someone different working there.

I can not believe this place has been in the outside Valencia mall for 5 years. Are family just found it. Excellent ice cream homemade. They also have dairy free & gluten free as well. Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service and ice cream. 1000000% recommend this place to everyone. They even have dairy free options. The lady that helped us was the sweetest. Definitely will be coming back <3
Ice cream is decent, but they have bad customer service. First time being at this shop, and don’t plan on returning. I’m not sure if the older man & woman are the owners but they could be a little kinder. I felt rushed to even order. The woman said “there are people behind you.” Yeah, that’s the point of a line. You wait to get served, and I was trying to order.
Really friendly staff and the ice cream I had was fantastic! Would definitely go again and I appreciate the recycled plastic cup my milkshake came in. 10/10 awesome business, definitely my new spot for milkshakes and ice cream from now on.
the couple that work there are nice and have delicious handcrafted ice cream. They have homemade brownies. they have toppings and have something called Masala Chai and I want to try it but haven't yet. I'm too in love with the ice cream. thank you for giving me a great experience each visit.

Me and my friend were at Paradise ice cream earlier, the staff were so sweet and friendly. I was a few dollars low and the really kind staff member let me have an ice cream on the house. This was the Paradise ice cream in Westfield mall, Valencia. Also, they have so many unique and delicious flavors, I would rate this more than a 5 if I could, would highly reccomend.
