They're the closest easiest spot to get food but lately it isn't great. From the beginning they have been rude and their customer service just isn't there. I stopped ordering the pizza because the last couple times it just hasn't been cooked right or it gives everyone a stomach ache. Today the man refused to take my dollar bill because of a slight tear so I had to go another business to exchange it. And he wouldn't give a receipt until I asked. I make it a point to get the receipt since there was one time the owner called my at night to ask for my card information because he said I didn't pay when I picked it up. It was in my bank statement. They don't wear gloves, they go to the register with flour up to their arms. I gave them so many chances but I can't anymore.
Horrible customer service the owners are very rude, none of the employees or owners wear gloves while prepping the food. The pizza was very undercooked. My order was also late by over 40 minutes.. owner charged my card but later called to tell me I owed them money for an unpaid for pizza that had been picked up. I checked with my bank and I was charged for my pizza. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I will never be spending my hard earned money here again.

Wow what a HORRIBLE service this place is! On Christmas Day I placed an online order around 8pm and once my transaction went through it stated that it will take 130 minutes to get the pizza ready. I honestly wish that information was there BEFORE taking my money. I tried calling multiple times to cancel my order and nobody was answering the phone. It was nearly 11pm and the app here on Google said the store would be closing at 11pm. My online order still stated that the pizza was in the 1st step in the making and will still take 130 minutes.Once 12:30am hit , it showed the pizza was picked up already. I was so confused and I called and again nobody picked up. I called the next day and asked for a refund since I tried cancelling and nobody was picking up. The staff stated only the manager can give out refunds and they will call me back. I never received a call in return. I decided to call the papa johns customer service and they also stated they could not give out refunds and only the store manager could.Yesterday 12/27 I called and asked for a refund. Same story. Only the manager can give out refunds and he will call me. He never called. I called AGAIN and sure enough the manager was there. (Tony). I let him know the whole situation and he said he couldn’t give me a refund because they couldn’t verify if the pizza was actually picked up by me or not. He stated their system isn’t “rigged” . So I felt completely robbed and now I have to take other actions to get my money back. Why in the world would I lie about a pizza?! Please avoid this place. They are completely thieves.
Great Pizza. Have had minor issues but communication with the managers (Indian lady) is key for good service and a good pizza ?
The order wasn't ready when the order status said it's ready. I even wait to get my pizza but it was barely warm. Better think twice to order from here or check your pizza before you leave.
This store is awful! I have a credit for a pizza since they delivered the wrong order to my house the other day. I had to keep calling the restaurant to even get a store credit. So today when I called to get my pizza with the store credit I was promised I was told i couldn’t bc the owner wasn’t there to credit the pizza & I would have to wait to after 7 pm when he got there!Which makes no sense- so I can only get my credit & eat dinner at their convenience?? Worst service ever! I will never order from this place again!!!
Horrible service. Placed and order and it said 45 min wait time. Once I got the email confirmation it changed to 173 min. I called to cancel and they never picked up the phone and all of the sudden the app showed the store was closed. This place is run by very unprofessional people.
2 and a half hour wait for pizza. Store was full other people also waiting this long, the man who looked like the owner was handling this situation poorly and couldn't focus on getting people's orders out. Had to ask four or five times about my order and he kept getting distracted by other customers or boxing up new orders. Someone came to get theirs and it had been given away by accident
All good. Wings. Works. Pie. Apple. All good.
