Hate it when you need to be asked for charity in the middle of the day when all you want to do is get back to your work place and finish your lunch. That bell is for the angels and no bells for the devil? Food is ok I just wished they won't forget to give you that teriyaki sauce on the side when asked for. Happened twice already and because of this it hasn't been my first or second d go to places for lunch. If you know chicken teriyaki you know that sweet sauce should be a part of it....no exemptions.
Bad service ..people working there is agresive with costumers in my speriance there ..needs to working on welcome costumers and be kind with costumers
i usually visit this branch and he's always served me more or less, but now I visited this branch at night and the manager in black treats us very badly, I asked for 2 kids meals and a 3-items platemy children's Plates were chow mein old. when I asked if they could put us on the new one they were doing. i asked for double angus steak and this is what they put me on my plate of a portion made it double… I actually paid more than $10 for this dish to be served like that. wowim so disappointed, really bad experience
This Panda Express location has decided to close their dining room to their customers to sit down and eat, even though this is not a city or county ordinance. For example, the next door pizza restaurant allows indoor dining. The next door Starbucks allows indoor dining.Panda Express leadership is irrational.
Ordered online and got an email said ready for pickup 11:35 I got there 11:40 and they said 8 min to make my order, What's the point of online order!!!!! And No there're NOT busy, is only one customer there for take out!!
I was so disappointed by my food when. The first bite of food see the tone for the whole meal. My daughter's chow mein had a burnt taste, my husbands teriyaki chicken was dry and the sauce was burnt from sitting in the warmer all day and I only had 4 pieces in my serving of green bean chicken. Talk about throwing away $40 on food. Called and talked to manager and all I was told was they were sorry and I must have come during a busy time for such poor service.
Terrible service. Rude and harsh with customers. A very unwelcoming place. And everyone knows that gas station sushi is probably more trustworthy than this after 2 hours.
Cowards. Your mask policy and the way you treat customers about it is horrific.

They love to charge.But they don't like to put nothing on your plate. You really have to pay extra to see some food on your plate.I asked for beef broccoli and only got 3 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of meat.Will never go back to Panda express.
