We had lunch outside in their patio. The tables were extremely dirty and dusty, the server did not make any attempt to clean our table (I did it myself) the floor looked dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Until we saw a cockroach, in broad daylight, so we decided that it’ll be in our best interest not to go back to this location. We brought the waiter’s attention to the cockroach and the employee didn’t react as expected, simply decided to avoid passing by where the bug was. Dirty, unsanitary place.
The service was good. But I honestly can say that Olive Garden has lost its touch. For some reason the food is missing flavor. They got rid of many dishes that I enjoyed, like Seafood Portofino.
I have to shout out to our waitress Nicole M. She was so sweet and a great smile. She had everything covered and a great attitude. Friendliest waitress in an establishment I have encountered in a while. Kudos! The fried rigatoni appetizer was so tasty. The soup and salad are always great! We really come for the breadsticks!
Servers here are amazing they are always so nice and attentive, even on a busy night. They are there before your drink runs out and accommodate you to the best of their extent that is within their control. Always a great experience coming here with my family. This will continue to be my usual location for Olive Garden!
We are semi-regulars of Olive Garden. My 4 year old son loves the kids chicken strips with spaghetti with a side of broccoli and an extra side of grapes. I love the cheese ravioli. Dad enjoys the salmon. Our usual server, Jessica, is super friendly and always a joy to chat with. We will be back.
I had a terrible dining experience with the food and service that was delivered. I went as a party of 3 and one of my members did get nauseous , eventually puking his entire dinner in the bathroom. Once we returned to the table we called the manager to inform her, she argued no this isn't possible, food poisoning occurs 24 hours after the fact. So we split the check on what was left. I paid for my half at the table, then the Manger comes back saying sorry but you never paid your order I canceled it so I must charge you again, yelling at me what such a large attitude at ne and my guests again attesting with her medical advice. That there was nothing with the food that he must have ate something prior to arriving. The overall experience was insulting, and absolutely a mess. We asked to speak with the manager and began to also argue the fact that he could not have gotten sick with the food that he's the only one who fell ill today with the chicken.
This was my first time at a olive garden and our server was so cool she definitely made it a great night and memory for me and my girlfriend I think her name was Melanie or melody *I'm bad with names and there was no name tag which is fine* but would definitely come again. And what we ate was delicious she recommended the eggplant Parmigiana which blew my mind i didnt think it was gonna be as good as it was i had a great experience. 6/5 service and food thanks.
Weekday lunch is a steal, one main course plus refillable salad and tasty soup, breadsticks at $10.99. Chelsea who served us is such a friendly and delightful lady, with impeccable service, can’t ask for more. Thanks for a lovely lunch.
Our food and service was really good. Nothing was off, it's just still chain quality so just not AS good as it could have been. But a nice interior and place for lunch or dinner!
I went with a group of 8 at around 8:40pm and had to wait almost an hour to get a table. That was understandable since we were a big group but after our food arrived we were told that the kitchen was closing/not making certain foods anymore since it was past 9:45. Everyone's soup was cold. I ordered the unlimited soup/salads and the waitress was only able to get me 2 bowls of soup. Also we were only going to get 1 basket of breadsticks for the entire dinner. The waitress did the best that she could, and was able to get us a 2nd basket of breadsticks. She was a great waitress and was also surprised after we told her about our wait time plus all the other issues. As a group we were all irritated with the front of house. They should have told us that the kitchen was going to close before we got our table. When we got our food/heard about the kitchen closing we were so annoyed that we almost wanted to leave. While waiting for our table we saw at least 8 couples/trios of people get a table despite us being there longer. The front of house did a really bad job.
