I had a to-go order, mom's favorite noodles, and it had the perfect ratio of protein, noodles, and veggies?? ????. If you're looking for great and affordable Thai food restaurant, Mom Can Cook is definitely the place to go. You will experience a cozy ambiance, along with food that will make you feel at home. Don't be discouraged by the location, sometimes the old looking buildings are the one that offer great experiences.
Have had better. The only thing we liked about is Thai iced tea. We ordered food when the place was about to close. Maybe the chef was tired. Will give another try.
There’s a reason why people keep coming back to this restaurant. I love the food, employees are nice, the place is clean and interesting with all the decorations. If you like Thai food, you will not be disappointed.

However I never tried it till today, and I’m glad I made the right choice! Parking is good, and this welcoming atmosphere of a place is something to be at with a date, friends or even your solo getaway! The inside was clean, and felt like a Authentic Thai Restaurant with modern flavor. The staff are friendly, and I really wished I sat and ate. But opted for Food to go on a late Thursday night.At first the menu was priced higher than other Thai Restaurants so I wasn’t sure if I was getting a bargain. But upon eating dinner at home with their Signature “The Rich and Famous” Pad Thai, Crispy Tasty Rainbow Trout, and Homemade Style Wings, I knew right that second why this Gem is Called “Mom Can Cook Thai Kitchen!”Bite after bite, the priced matched the Taste! That much that I kept eating more than I can handle! Lol. Definitely a pleaser, and coming back for more!Sadly another location has been a great go to place that I’ve earned a great friendship with might not get my business as much anymore. Because this New Finding is a New Favorite for me!Thank you guys!
Food is subpar compare to other thai resto, would not recommend if youd eaten a better Thai resto around the area like Siam Rice and Jasmine Thai, the Grilled pork tenders was hard and no char in it more of like boiled pork meat and sauced up and the sauce is not good too, the basil thai dish was all veggies and less meat , the only thing thats good is the fried rice
The food here is very fresh and very delicious! The Pad See Ew has this really unique and flavorful smokey taste, and the orange chicken is light, and not over breaded. The Thai tea is what you would expect, and the egg rolls are pretty decent too. Other dishes here that I've enjoyed is Pad Woon Sen and Tom Ka Chicken Soup. I've been coming here for years, and this is definitely one of the best thai food restaurants in Santa Clarita. Check it out:) it has a nice ambiance as well, and the enclosed patio space is nice too!
I wish I can give negative stars for this place. Steer away from thos place, don't let the high ratings fool you. The high ratings apparently were for the previous ownership, not the current one.Ordered over a 100 dollars from this place, absolutely regretted it. The only "tasty" thing in the whole order was sprite. The other foods tasted stale and super oily. I took one look at the soup, didn't even attempt to touch it.If you actually want edible Thai food, back out and look for somewhere else
Giant old onion on our plate. I told her our plate was dirty, and she said I was making it up even though she saw the dirty vegetable on our “clean plate”. Also horrible service. Never coming back. I asked a simple question about their food item and she said I could scan the menu myself and order.
Wow! The appetizer and all 4 dishes were amazing. Lots of vegetarians options and not vegetarian options. Based on earlier reviews read I got the pad see euw and can recommend it forward. The pork ribs were the greatest ever had. Pad thai and Mongolian plate delicious and fresh too. The only thing was there was zero spice...I guess we needed to add that on order. Despite that the flavors were still amazing. Super cute ambiance and great service. I may never eat thai food again because it will just be a pale comparison to this meal.
I really enjoyed this place. The food was great and they have reasonable prices. I had the Tom Yum and a noodle dish. Both were good. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
