We'd had some good history with the Mimi's in Northridge and were hoping for the same here in Santa Clarita. Although the service was good, the food and overall ambiance of this location feels a little less upscale than the other one we'd been to. Would the food make up for it? Well, no the food was on par with the overall vibe.We were there for brunch (that's what us fancy people call late breakfast). I started with coffee as any sensible person does in this kind of situation. Unfortunately, this coffee was in the "browned water" category...ie not strong at all although it looked like coffee. Good coffee is a make-or-break situation for me at a restaurant serving breakfast so, sadly, we started out with "break."I went for their "favorite" Pain Perdu with Mixed berries dish. It's served with a side of eggs any style and, normally meat, but they were nice enough to sub roasted potatoes for me. The eggs and potatoes were basic and fine. The Pain perdu was supposed to be a french toast situation with a cream cheese filling, plus syrup and marmalade...This had the potential to be a really decadent dish, but fell really flat. The french toast was soggy. The cream cheese filling ended up just an unnecessary addition and overall it felt like too many ideas in one dish that didn't really mesh together...or at least wasn't cooked the way it should have been.My wife enjoyed her eggs florentine which they served over spinach for her without the English Muffin (she's gluten-free and they don't have any gluten-free bread options.) It was nice that they could accommodate here and she thought the eggs were poached perfectly.Overall I wish the atmosphere felt a little nicer for a french-inspired restaurant, I wish the coffee tasted like coffee, and I wish the dish I ordered was a lot better than it was. I doubt will be back soon...BUT I am a sucker for a vegetarian quiche option which they have so anything is possible.

The place is clean and fresh looking and our server was pleasant, but our service was slow (over a half hour after we ordered) and when my corn-beef hash and scrambled eggs showed up it was cold, so I sent it back. They heated it up, but the eggs were rubbery and the hash was inedible! We won't be back...!

Great cafe, nice servers, quick, tasty food and the price is right where you would expect it to be. Clean and also have a coffee and pastry bar you can come and get for takeout. 5$ mimosas sat and Sunday untill 2pm

Clean restaurant and food is reasonably priced. Friendly servers. The dishes were so good!

Had good service and good food. We were in the room for JR's Comedy show.

We came here for brunch for the first time and loved the restaurant itself. It doesn't look like all that much from the outside, but it's really nice and well-designed inside. The food was good. We both enjoyed our meals, my wife really loved hers and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. She also tried their mimosa flight and loved that.We will definitely be coming back.

Presentation and service was great. However, flavor does not match presentation. It’s a decent environment to take your elderly folks.

Excellent service. Excellent food selection. Very enjoyable time with the family. Would definitely recommend a visit if you've never been here. ??

This is a great option for home cooked comfort food. Highly recommend the pot roast! The service has always been friendly and welcoming and the food is very good.
