My family and I decide to have a nice dessert and chose to go to Menchies, we were large group. As we walked in we didn’t get any greeting. As we approached the cups I noticed Analyn (what the receipt says) was looking at us in a weird way. She was staring at us very strangely. I felt very uncomfortable and the vibe I got was as if I was going to steal something. As we were weighing our cups on the scale we wanted to give our phone number. She quickly got irritated and started yelling, “oh my god wait ! I cant put in the number , wait!!” We were shocked, she yelled at us as if we were her toddlers. What happened to your people skills?! Your customer service sucked!! I am very upset with her behavior! She should work in a job that doesn’t involve talking to the public because she’s an unpleasant human.
The worst service. The girl named ANALYN has a nasty attitude. She should not be in a forward facing customer service job. She is aggressive and rude. My family and I went for some froyo after dinner and she made sure we left with no satisfaction due to her rude and uncalled for comments. We wanted to pay separately and she made a comment “if you put it all together it’ll make my life easier” like sorry girl that it’s that difficult of a job to ring up something separately. Then when we were giving her our rewards number I’m not sure what’s wrong with her comprehension skills but she kept saying “HOLD ON OMG HOLD ON!!!” I know during the pandemic owners will hire basically anyone but even a person like ANALYN should not be considered even as a last resort! As we were leaving I said “I hope your night gets better” because obviously she was having either a bad day or she is just an unpleasant person. They should keep her working in the back rather than addressing customers.
I think some of the people that work here are really sweet and hold up to company values. However, I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences here recently while trying to have a bonding experience with my family:(
Always greeted by the younger guy who works there in the daytime. Same familiar face. Always kind and helps me since I have my baby in my arms at times.
WORST ICE CREAM EVER!!!!!! Fruit tasted expired,ice cream tasted really sour and the service wasn’t great
Prices went up, quality went down. It's just about average today (The eggnog used to be great, this year it tastes weird I'm afraid).
NO LONGER DO ACTIVE MILITARY /VETERAN DISCOUNTS. went in there an got ONE Cup of yogurt. Came out to be about $8 just to find out they no longer provide yogurt for free to our military members. Really upsetting when they just change it like that. The new deal is 15% off. Really lame so I pulled out cash and the don't accept bills over $20 it seems. Would not accept my $50 or $100 Bill. It's 2021 and you call yourself a business when you can't even take a $50 from a US army veteran?. There was a lady working at my visit and she was very snappy to say "we have a sign saying we can't accept large bills" in a terrible tone. Look lady I'm just trying to get some yogurt. Take you negative attitude to six flags! NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN! Ended up leaving perfectly good yogurt on the scale for them to THROW Away because they wouldn't sell it to me. OTHER YOGURT SHOPS STILL HAVE VETERANS DISCOUNTS FOR FREE!!! Do not shop here people. Not right to pull a 180° turn on the men and woman making it available for you to have a business. Pathetic
