Been several times now where I’m not given my complete order because the cashier in the drive through can’t hear me. Also too worried about making their times than making sure the order taken is correct.
Came in a ordered from the register and was given really great customer service. The gentleman was very nice and spoke with positive energy! Made the process quicker then the screen.??? Thank you David!
Fast, easy to order, exterior is clean and well kept, staff was friendly and service was extremely fast. Order thru the drive thru on a Monday morning even though there was a long line, I got everything withing 7 min, food tastes good like always.
Staff was young and very polite. Place was very clean as well. Really enjoyed myself especially ar the fountain drinks. All the sodas where on point.
Order is wrong almost every single time I go to this location. Whether it’s the order taker putting it in wrong ,‘or the server not following the order. Almost 100% of the time they can’t differentiate between diet and regular coke. I cannot drink regular coke, and I hate to be the person constantly going inside because my order is wrong. Every other location In SCV can get it right.

It was ok, unfortunately with this virus every food store or restaurants are struggling with short staff which make it difficult to give excellent service.
Having resource issues where they gave our drive thru order to the car next to us, even when I tried to catch the guy before this happened, as we had been waiting the longest and he gave the other car our two bags of food. I also and had to go back in for an incorrect order item once they hurriedly threw together our order a second time. Food wasn't the best when we got home as the buns on the sandwiches were rubbery, like they had been over nuked.Sad, as this was our favorite location in SCV. Will try again in a few weeks and hope they have things sorted out.
I neededa quick bite to eat for myself,a friend and her boys. They almost each get a Happy Meal. We were satisfied with our food and left happy.
I have to say was surprised the customer service the friendliness with this location. It's been a while since a McDonald's location make a great impression on me. Surrounding areas should take some training with their crew. I felt like I was at Chick-fil-A ?! I had to give a four star because I had to wait in front of location to complete my order.
