Double drive-thru order system (nice), though it merges into a single lane (as with most drive-thrus). The lines move fast, this is one of the fastest McD's i've seen in a while, they don't seem to have newbies like Popeyes or Del Taco nearby (these two locations are turtle slow). The McDonalds rewards program is free and pretty decent, lots of fantastic deals including BOGO's. If you place a mobile order, it will be faster if you pick it up via drive-thru than curbside (seems take 5-8 minutes vs. drive-thru 1-3 minutes).
Extremely disappointed, I'm not one to ever complain or make a fuss about anything. But I had a horrible experience at this particular Mc donals in Golden valley. I order my food like always, I get to the window and a nice yound lady hands me my food. I realize I'm missing my cheese burger. I ask about it and the manager Norma( if that's her real name because she wasn't wearing her name tag) tells me that they forgot to charge me for it. I pull out my money and then the same manager tells me that she can't take my money and that I have to go around and make line again for them to charge me. I've work in customer service and the way this lady treated me was beyond horrible. For her to be a manager and not know how to manage this simple miss understanding shows me that she needs further training. I hope that she learns from her mistakes and treats further customers alot better than the way I was treated. I wasn't looking for any favors or to get my meal for free I just wanted what I ask for. It was as simple as to go to any register and charge me for my burger and ask me to wait on the side how they do it in many Mcdonals but no she refuse to help me.
Well what can I say? McDonald's you have had some kind of spell on me ever since I was a kid. Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun. Always hits the spot along with those crispy salted fries that I shovel in my mouth hand full at a time! And to wash it down what other than an ice cold DC ! Let us all say it loud and proud bring back super size bring back super size!!!!
Terrible. Manager doesn't even make eye contact or acknowledge you for minutes. Order takes forever. Doesn't call out the numbers when they are done so everyone is pawing through all the bags, and not enough workers.
Did drive tru, always busy so cashier told me to wait till my order is ready. Pulled out of drive tru and waited about 45 mins .So please be patient with your orders
It was lunchtime and very busy, but my order was out in a timely manner. Restaurant very clean.
Well it was just drive-thru all we ordered was a McDouble chicken nuggets iced tea and a number one it was all good except for when we asked for more sauce they said it was extra I think I'm not exactly sure but besides that overall it was all good.
Had a couple mishaps here with my orders. Been shorted items which means I have to stop turn around go back Park go in you know the whole point of going to the drive-thru so that you don't have to deal with going into the establishment gotten cold fries there before and I always ask for hot fries other than that you know I go there I've been there a lot so those couple of mishaps that I mentioned you know I guess everybody has a bad day once in awhile for the most part they're okay
This location is back at its not giving a care game. Asked for mayo on my sandwich and got a dose of hate on it too. Photo is what it looked like straight out of the bag all crumbled and drowned in mayo so that I couldn't even hold it without getting gooped up hands. Apparently there isn't a button for Mayo so the front doesn't tell the back and they just add "special order ask" which, never happens now. Thanks for at least not putting cheese on it.
This was a pretty good find, it was/I'd a little older on the inside but the staff is great and the price was right and it's pretty reasonable the accessable room wasn't exactly accessable but that was just the one we had, the first time we stayed here it was great the bathroom I mean..it's big and roomy and it's perfect.
