Holy moly. it was disgusting. From the get-go, those doors are not wiped not cleaned. The floors were dirty, drink station unkept and service non existent. The Mgr on site kept chatting and chatting and no regard for guests
If 0 was the option I’d pick that first place of all I’ve never had a problem ordering here but 9:41pm on a Saturday the ordering experience was garbage. Not one person at the register and then someone said we could use the kiosk. Literally 20 minutes standing there waiting so we could pay in cash also !!!! The kitchen was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen and not one manager or team member looked our way. Poor customer service and cleaning
Inside was closed during the day. Took 20 minutes to bring out food. Order was wrong but they didn't answer the phone or let anyone inside.
Horrible. Just horrible. Never getting orders right and all staff are terribly ignorant. The order was one large raspberry slushie and they gave us a medium then another large one. They aren’t raspberry it’s honestly really badly employed.
My snobby trendy coffee friends need to try a cup of coffee from McDonald's It's smooth bold and delicious and I proudly drink it!
I was charged for an Big Mac I never order and it wasn’t even in the bag I live in Palmdale was visiting six flags when I realized it I was already on the freeway I called no answer so I paid for something I never asked or even got in the bag the employees were rude and never repeated my order back it’s not my job to to correct them someone needs to contact me for my money back ASAP cause your stealing my money
Not open inside because of short staffing..... for at least a month. No drinks but sweet tea and chocolate milk? Used to be a decent miki ds but not anymore.
Food was average. Fries were as hard as a rock. No dine in, and no sign on the door -- just a locked door.
Spent 20 minutes in the drive through. Slowest Mc D ever. Poor service even for them..
