Vegan in the Santa Clarita Valley? Yes. Authentic Mexican that's also vegan in the Santa Clarita Valley? Hole molé, yes! We had a fantastic, filling and vegetarian meal for dinner here which left us wanting for nothing. Let's start with the fact that they have a completely separate vegan and vegetarian menu which has the potential to make us vegetarians feel like regular people. Hurrah for that! I had the Agua de Pepino y Limon ti drink – a thick and tasty cucumber lemonade. Yum. And to eat I had the Enchiladas de Mole "Vegano." I'm not vegan so I had them use real cheese on it. I'm also a sucker for a mole sauce and finding a vegetarian one is not so easy. This one fit the bill and it was a hearty plate with the 2 enchiladas (filled with Jack Fruit...can't wait to try the other faux-meats), covered with the mole, and served with their unique beans and rice. My wife had vegan tacos served in a similar plate with rice and beans. We left in love with all the options and can't wait to go back and have more. They do delivery too through Uber Eats. Yay, a vegetarian Mexican Mecca in my home town!
Besides their regular menu they have an entire vegan menu. Everthing was delicious and our server was great.

Great vegan Mexican food! We got the birria tacos which were the highlight - awesome flavor and the wife who hasn't liked jackfruit in the past loved them. Vegan ceviche was a good vegan twist on the dish and the fajitas were fine. Really kind staff and helpful with good suggestions. Looking forward to their vegan tamales next time we go!
Absolutely love this place! The servers are always incredibly polite and fast. They have a fantastic vegan menu as well as traditional meat fair. Great place to go with vegan friends if you're an omnivore. Arrive early if you want to try the daily vegan specials.
I did a takeout for pozole and I asked if it was spicy and young man who took order said I could order it non spicy. I told him that my stomach could not handle too spicy but when I opened to eat it was spicy. I tried to eat a bit of it but after 2 bites I closed it up. The taste for someone who loves spicy was probably delicious but I was so hungry and had to settle for Ramen elsewhere. If it’s spicy, say so, if not say so. Hope my mom loves spicy but if not a waste because I’ll throw it out, waste of my money too
The vegan food was amazing, i especially loved the horchata! The staff was so nice as well.
