The salad was ok. But the service and attitude of the employees gave me and my friend a very bad experience....I really want to eat at jack in the box but, my last 2 experiences have disheartened me. The customer service was rude and very unprofessional....I have been in the customer service business my whole life...they need to be schooled on how to speak to, or help a customer...
Always feel rushed and rarely ever get the order correct. This time the system malfunctioned and we were charge but the order never came through. Now I have to call corporate to get money back.Update- can't get ahold of anyone and still have not been contacted.
I don't like jacks but my boyfriend does. I rather cook an egg at home
This location always get my food correct, when I want jack in the box I specifically come to this location because it's always hot, made fresh and is correct only 1 time have I had an order wrong, they must have had a new employee that day tho

Always good fast food. Usually looks like the menu. Service is always friendly. Love the 24hr service, great for late night food
Sorry to say they didn't take EBT. They need to take the signs down so we don't go inside and order and make foola of ourselves.The way they look at us it sad ? we're not just wasting our time but also their's.
