The place was actually empty when I got there customer service was great people and they We're wearing a mask coat I don't know if they're smiling but I'm sure if they work cause they sound unhappy aboutBathroom was clean restaurant was clean counters were clean proclaim I liked that place it was good nice and clean friendly

Sunday evening around 9pm I went to this location to receive a mobile order. I clicked prepare food now along the way so they'd have the order upon arrival. They were closed, lights off. No refund has been issued in the following few days.I went in today to speak to a manager about a refund. No help there. Gave me a number that leads to a "out of service, please try again." Saying it's all through the app when online it says go to the store for a refund.

I drove through Drive thru and the Employee did not give me my debit card back. I only noticed when I stopped to put gas and realized the employee handed me my food but not my card. I was traveling so I tried calling for 2 hours straight. Over 100 calls and someone just kept picking the phone up and hanging it up on me. I called a different Jack in the box down the street and they amswered no problem however they said they couldnt help. How hard is it to answer the phone. Ill call corporate in the morning.

Food quality was okay. The lady in the drive thru I'm guessing it was the manager, she was so rude she practically threw the food at me and she said she didn't had anything from what I order

Why say 24 HR Drive Thru when you aren’t open at 2am?!?! Don’t waist your time or money at this Jack! Pathetic!!!

Food was good but the customer service was horrible. I went through the drive through at night and the man over the phone was just not happy and rushed me a lot. Seemed like he had an attitude and just wanted to go home.

If you're going to tell someone you're cleaning and sanitizing and can't take an order for 20 min and then 20 min later tell people it'll be 20 min of cleaning before you can take an order, you're basically lying to the first time. At that point just close and update your hours so 4 cars worth of people aren't wasting their time. Also, as someone who ran large chains, are you not cleaning and sanitizing during the day? My thought is that you want to be open 24 hours but your evening crew doesn't want to work. Update your hours if you're going to close and maybe don't lie to your customers.

Utterly rude and disrespectful workers! It’s a shame that a franchise like Jack in the box hire people with trashy customer service! Emiliano does not enjoy his job and have common curtesy to speak in a respectful manner to paying customers. He was sarcastic when asked to repeat the question and his manager didn’t do anything about it. His manager stated that’s the way he talks! Horrible, horrible customer service! It’s 9pm and this just happened at the drive thru.

Open late and their tacos is amazing for a cheap price
