We ordered 4 entrees and 1 appetizer. In the picture it was very appetizing but some of the dishes were bit flat. Taste was overall good but I think quality has gone down since 2015. Maybe it could be because of covid and all the restrictions they had to follow. Server was very nice and we enjoyed the service. Also I liked how relating and quiet it was. Not too busy and you can take time to talk together.
We arrived only an hour and a half before closing, so I can't really say much about how they handle high traffic times, but I didn't feel like they cut any corners just because we were only one of 3 groups eating. Our waiter kept our glasses full and checked on us just often enough to not be in the way. The food was hot and properly cooked, and reasonably priced like all ihops. I dont have any complaints. Good food, good service, fair price.
Nice food and service.$12+ for nearly all menu items is a bit of sticker shock, so be aware. Great for those who the Senior discount though.
Bad service, no acknowledgement! Sat us down for 15 minutes and no one came to ask us not even for drinks!! Worst service ever!! The hostess ignored when I asked who was going to serve us. At that point, we just left. The place across, EVEREST, great service and I'm my opinion, better food!
The food was delicious and our waiter, Jon, provided amazing service!
Super busy in the mornings, foods still good. The ready time in the togo order seems to be the time they start cooking so wait 20 mins after that time before picking up.
Okay, so we order too often from Ihop, and too many times they seem not to care about TAKE OUT ORDERS; they never have chicken tenders; they never answer the phone for telephone orders. I cannot customize an order online, so we HAVE TO GO in person to order and pickup food. We order special pancakes, but SAY TOPPINGS ON THE SIDE SO NOTHING GETS SOGGY. But they just DO NOT CARE. I order no sauce on my steakburger, BUT THEY PUT SAUCE ON BOTH SIDES!! I am so done with them. Their egg burritos seem to never have problems. Okay, sorry Ihop on Soledad, you lost us as customers.
Food was hot...great customer service. New waitress was friendly and professional
The food was good, and the staff was friendly. One thing I didn't like was that I saw a server touch some pancakes with her bare hand to check if they were cold. Thank goodness those were not my pancakes. Other than that, they served fast and hot food.
Extremely poor service, overpriced, and barely passable food. Ordered a side of sourdough that was essentially two pieces of barely toasted bread with an entire stick of butter melted into them. The "breakfast potatoes" were previously frozen, unseasoned pieces of steak fries that had absolutely zero flavor. Ordered coffee, had to wait for 20 minutes before a refill. Apparently they no longer leave a carafe at the table, which is fine, but not with zero attention from the waitress who was nowhere to be found. Had to walk the receipt up front so we could pay ourselves. All of this for over $52. Won't be back. I don't know what happened to this place, but it's not worth the time or money.
