Tasted overall okay....buuuut...for the 2nd time in a row, they were cheap on lettuce and cheese. Really, on lettuce?? I received 1 wilted small piece of lettuce. I asked for blue cheese on my hook burger, and I saw...wait, no, that's not it, can't be, I thought... 3 small crumbles of blue cheese?? Don't go cheap on lettuce guys! And the cheese... I paid for cheese, and twice got 2-3 tiny crumbles. :( Based on this, I feel I definitely overpaid.
Stopped there for a quick lunch and ordered a salad. It was busy and had to wait a bit but my salad was good. The service was good but the table I sat at was dirty.
A great burger would definitely go again. But tables and floors were a little dirtt.
For a fast food place, customer service is exceptional! The staff is very friendly, attentive. Oh and the food is delicious! I had the spicy chicken sandwich & onions rings. ?
They cut our order in thirds so we could share, great service. Yummy crunchy chicken sandwich with slaw.
I LOVE Hook Burger! The Bistro salad with chicken is one of my favorites! All of the burgers are hot, fresh and delicious! Change it up once in awhile and substitute their onion rings for fries...what a treat!
The turkey burger was quick and yummy! I loved the sweet potatoe fries as well.
Great place for a burger, moderately priced but you can definately taste fresh ingredients. I love that the burger isn't so massive that it's too messy. It's just right, definately worth trying.
Your mask policy is ridiculous! Your food may be decent but it's not In N Out!
It was raining and I dropped my mask in the wet parking lot before I walked in. They wouldn't take my order without it on. It's ok to sit and eat without one, but in the time it took the girl to tell me I needed to leave and place a curbside pick-up instead, she could've placed my dine-in order and walked to my table.
